Great value for money in terms of room and location for the price you pay. Only drawback for business travelers is the lack of an ironing board in the room so have to spend on dry-cleaning services, which is still generally affordable but otherwise, good value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Central World is opposite, Big C is beside Arnoma, and Platinum Mall another 5-7 minutes walk away...opposite has great food at roadside stalls at night if you dun mind street food...

Good starting point in Bangkok
Located near BTS airt train and large shopping mall; good breakfast options

Stayed at hotel for some business meetings and to kick-off my vacation in Bangkok. Good location for shopping and access to central area, but a little further away from nightlife and bars. Excellent breakfast buffet with many options. Somewhat crowded with tour groups and families. Room was a little old but comfortable.

it is just so near to central world plaza, Zen, and night market.
I can have supper downstairs to enjoy great thai food.
opposite is central world plaza so that I can go shopping easily.
the hotel service is quite good.
however, the facility is quite old.

A great place to stay for both business and pleasure. Facilities are limited but to be expected in a central city mid priced hotel. The bar is depressing- you have to be desperate to drink there when there are so many more attractive options available just a few minutes away. The staff were extremely helpful and upgraded my room and even moved me to the other side of the hotel two days later when the noise from an adjacent clothes market became unbearable. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious and everything worked. I have been going to the Arnoma for over 15-years and seen it go through many changes in clientele. Its still one of the best places to stay in BKK if you don't want to pay double or treble the price for an International Hotel. Its next door to the best Big C in Bangkok and close to markets and restaurants. Close to Chidlom BTS station, directly opposite Zen and the new Central World. My pick for a business traveler or a short stopover in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
Go to the refurbished Zen and Central World directly opposite the hotel. The biggest shopping up- market complex in Bangkok with lots of sales and discounts on top International Brands. I always wait for my next trip to BKK before buying clothes and shoes.

Great location , oldie room

Very nice hotel for traveller,walking distance to supermarket and shopping mall.
Quite dispointed with the bed,it's not good anymore.
Please make sure you request for non smoking room if you are not a smoker, because the smoking floor smell is too bad .
Will come back if I have chance to visit Bangkok again, but hope at that time, they already change their bed and pillow .
