Great location but small rooms
Great location in the central

a highly recommended hotel to stay. its near to big c supermarket and platinum mall where you can shop for clothings you like. 10 to 15 mins walk to nearest bts, chitlom, the famous 4 face buddha for praying, opposite of arnoma is the central.

Great Location for Shopping Paradise
Strategic Location for Shopperholic like me!

Had a very good experience staying here as the location is really strategic for all kinds of shopping like Central World, Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Paragon and many more. However, only one cons... i.e. no Free WiFi in room.
There are many food stalls just outside the hotel where you can taste the local food from mee soup, rice, sweet desert, fresh fruits, pork satay,poridge..... and many more.
7-Eleven is just few minutes walk from the hotel where you can get very cheap and delicious 'pork' meals like bacon hotdog, minced pork poridge, rice pork burger, different types of rice - all are HOT meal and clean for those who is not adventure to try the local food stalls.
Big-C hypermarket is just next to the hotel where you can shop for all kinds of things.
Its really a paradise for shopper!!!!

Walking distance to all shopping area, opposite main lobby is a shopping mall with lot of foods and a big shopping center call the BIG C, lot of staff to buy.
opposite the road is a super big shopping mall
the road beside the hotel during night time have lot of staff to shop:)

Great location, old property

Late check in, room upgraded from superior to deluxe, keycard does not work at all and room door had to be manually opened. Noticed other guests with keycard problem at reception. Breakfast spread ok but long queue at times. Dinner at hotel cafe good, reasonable pricing between for a main course. Good for short business stay of 1-2 nights.

My cousin and I stayed one night in Arnoma Hotel last week, and I have to say that the location of Arnoma was indeed great - especially for travellers looking to do shopping. The room was slightly old, but the beds were comfortable and they had cable tv. We loved the view of the city at our 18th floor bedroom, and there was a giant clock which showed time and temperature right outside in the next building. Bathroom scale in the toilet was useful to see how much weight we've put on at the end of the day!
One minus point of the room was that the lights and electric points in the room were operated by a few buttons, and I had to fiddle around a bit to figure out how to get the kettle boiling. In the end I had to use one of the lamp's power point to boil drinking water. Also, we didn't know how to operate the shower (water only came out through the bathtub tap, not the showerhead) - not sure if it was the tap that was faulty or that we didn't know how to operate it.
Overall, good hotel, affordable rates and amazing location. Will come back again!
Shopping Tip:
Platinum Fashion Mall (giant wholesale fashion retail centre) is less than 10mins walk away!

Good Location within downtown Bangkok

this is the first time we stay in this hotel as all our previous trips to bangkok, we always stayed in hotels around pratunam area.
we kinda of like the location as it is 5mins walk from chit lom bts station. it is also within walking distance to the major malls withind downtown bangkok, not to mention there is a big c supermarket just opposite the hotel
the hotel room size is ok, not too small, however the switch of the lights did not necessary always work. the decor and other fittings is a bit wear down though they are still functioning ok.
we did not opt for the package with breakfast though the spread look sumptuous.
checking in and out is a breeze and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
i worked out at the gym while my wife swim at the hotel pool. facilities was ok thought the equipments is essentially the bare minimum.
overall, for the price we are paying, i think arnoma hotel is valued for money given the location and facilities offered.
we will definitely consider staying here again in our future trip to bangkok
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is lots of vendors selling breakfast items in the morning that is typical local food to the Thai. There is quite a fair bit of variety to choose from and apart from the very affordable pricing, they are delicious! Do give it a try if you do not have the bed and breakfast package from the hotel

Good Location but bad services

Room Need to upgrade. Reception staff have bad services. Not very helpful. I think they don't get paid enough. Treat guest with no respect. If not for the location, would not have stay there at all.
