The issue with this hotel that it is often overbooked and guest may have to shift to another room and this happen to me during my stay.
Shopping Tip : Within walking distance to Pathuman where you can purchase clothing at a reasonable price.

If you want to taste traditional Thai food, you can try one restaurant at Erawan Tea room. Not too spicy for foreign taste.
Shopping Tip : Don't bring many clothes, you can just buy great clothing at best price. Buy any three pieces per store, you can ask for wholesale price.

Always had a great location. Rooms have recntly been refurbished and are much better now. They were not bad earlier but are improved and much more comfortable. Services can still be upgraded. Food is average but with so many options nearby and Central World across the road, there is no problem. Surrounded by great shopping malls

If I hadn't prepaid on Agoda I would have left after the first night. I was upgraded to an 'executive' floor as there were no other non-smoking rooms left ... I certainly would not have classed my room as executive ... especially when I was joined by 2 unexpected guests (cockroaches)!! No apology or offer to move room given. Very little sleep at the weekend due to noisy groups on the same floor. Swimming pool deck was filthy.
Restaurant Tip : Avoid the carnage of the ground floor breakfast restaurant by using the 1st/2nd floor restaurant instead (Italian restaurant).

Location, price and good breakfast If you like to stay in the Pratunam / Central World area there is no better value for money than Arnoma. It is quite reasonable for this area. Breakfast is great, although crowded. It is clean and efficient, but I would rate it more of a 3 star property. Great for a one day stopover in Thailand. Within walking distance of Supermarkets, Cinemas, and great shopping!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the popular Erewan Shrine within walking distance!

Reception counter's staff are not very helpful, very crowded during breakfast time. Location is covenient, near major shopping malls. Big room and cleaniness is ok, can be better. Lobby is too crowded sometimes.
Travel tip : Good location and convenient to move around.

Arnoma's location is so convenient, even from the airport. The shuttle stops right at Arnoma's doorstep. Five-minute walk to the BTS skytrain, you can travel easily around Bangkok. All shopping malls from upscale Gaysorn, Siam Paragon, Central World are walking distance. Even a hypermart is next door. Arnoma is the only four-star hotel I have stayed in Asia which doesn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, it is the only concierge which doesn't have a weighing scale for luggages.

I have stayed at Arnoma Hotel a couple of times and I really like it because of its location and price. It is not gorgeous but has everything you need.
