My wife and I travel to Bangkok twice a year and we will choose to stay with Arnoma hotel without fail. We had been a faithful guests of Arnoma since 1999. The current trip and experience there were no longer the same... The hotel services are no longer that great anymore. Housekeeping are no longer that clear and organised. They didnt wash our used cups or replaced the toiletries or towels (even we put it into the bathtub)... Rooms sting and bedsheet changed was dirty too. We have decided not to stay with Arnoma anymore and suggest that they should starts to revamp the hotel and upgrade the services since most of the lights and facilities are not working properly now...

The room is smelly... the bedsheets are dirty and wet.. majority switches in the room are not working!

Walking distance to Platinum Mall and Central world is right across the street.

Situated to many of the major shopping malls and a BTS station, Arnoma gives you the best start for a first timer to BKK. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and fairly well furnished. Could be even better if they provided free wifi in the rooms.

this hotel is very closed to major shopping enter. generally, the hotel staff service are ok. good for business travellers as well as family vacation.
hotel rate is value for money. it is in high traffic area so pls plan to go early if you are going to airport or meeting appointment.

Room is nice, bathroom was outdated with faucets leaking and difficult to get in and out of the tub... too old of a structure. The bar in the lobby was slow and says not to smoke in the smoking area....

Strategic location with great service

This was my 1st trip to Bangkok and I'm thrilled with the location of Arnoma hotel as it was located in the heart of Bangkok city. The staffs were also friendly and helpful whenever I needed their assistance i.e. additional bath towel, getting a metre taxi and etc.
