Great central location, close to Sky Train station, friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast and affordable. The room wall was a bit thin. I can hear the room upstair taking a shower and the kids from the room next door screaming. Arnoma Hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok CBD and yet unbelievable affordable. The hotel is opposite Central World, the biggest shopping centre in Bangkok and is adjacent to Big C Department Store, which is a massive budget store in town. I stay here for the second time now as I like the location, the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff. They addressed your name every time they saw you. How cool was that! In addition, Arnoma's breakfast was very delicious. You pay less than Novotel but get the same or even better quality breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel to all.
Restaurant Tip : Try the European restaurant on site called Trattoria Felice. You won't be dissapointed.

Great hospitality by the staff and the breakfast was superb with change of menu. The proximity to shopping centers The bar fridge is not cold enough and the the room slipper is a little to fragile which should be replaced daily This hotel is value for money as the room is decently spacious and the facilities in the room are adequate. The plus points will be its proximity to amenities like World Central Plaza, Gaysorn and walking distance to Platinum Mall. Situated minutes from Chit Lom skytrain station, going anyway is a breeze. This is the hotel to be staying in for any discerning tourists looking for convenience and watching their spending.

Location is good. Close to most shopping malls i.e. Central World, Siam Paragon, Platinum & Pratunam The room was not properly cleaned and the staff are no longer approachable and friendly. I've stay in Arnoma Hotel twice. 1st time was 2 years ago. I noticed a difference in terms of cleanliness and staff's behaviour. This time around, the rooms were not properly cleaned. The tables were all sticky. I was also shocked to see the staff are no longer approachable, polite and friendly which the Thais were famous for. Especially the waiters/waitresses at the coffee house. They were so reluctant to serve and soured face throughout.I probably won't stay there again. The other thing is the concierge and doormen are not truthful. I approached them asking for a place to go for massage. They didn't tell me it was available in the hotel or the building next door. Instead they offered me a taxi to go to a far away spa. I supposed they can get commission by introducing us there.

location is # 01, secruity is good, staffs are friendly. room are old already, need some refurnishing, lighting do not work properly. Suppose to be traveling with my friend but she cant made it so i stay alone. room gave to me was on the smoking floor as non smoking floor are full already. room are okay and only that the lights in the room is not working properly. apart from that, i do not have much of the complain on the room. can be a little cheaper due to the age of the hotel. location of the hotel, across that of the central world is one of the best selling point i would say.
Shopping Tip : like i have mention, just opposite the central world, grayson plaza and walking distant to the paragon and mbk shopping complex. b c shopping is next building and have a supermarket over there. restaurants are plentiful over the area also.

The Arnoma hotel in BKK is,for me, very well situated. Just across the road is the Bangkok World Trade Centre with its many shops and restaurants. Just 50 meters away on the same side of the road is the Gaysorn department store.
On the downside the whole hotel is in need of refurbishment. My room smelled of tobacco smoke even though it was a no smoking room and of course it was not possible to open a window for fresh air. The room furniture looked tired,dated and well worn

the arnoma hotel, bangkok is my favourite hotel. i visit bangkok at least 3 times a year and for the past 7 years, my priority for hotel would be the arnoma. although room rates had been increasing, i would still recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit bangkok. this hotel tho not a very new one, it is comfortable and convenient. it is not far away from the high end shopping malls like the paragon siam and within walking distance to the platinium mall and the pratunum market. and one more thing that i really like, is their breakfast, especially their crispy bacon, yum!
Shopping Tip : near to the wholesale pratunum market and lots of road-side store that operates every evening outside and opposite the hotel.

The hotel let us feel very at home and relaxed.Even if the hotel is situated in a bustling shopping district considering it is near Big C a very popular hypermarket, the guests felt very secured. The bell boys were very accomodating in calling taxi and ensuring one's safety. Just 30 seconds away, from Big C, all the shopping is met. This hotel is highly recommended and worth every penny. We even had a buffet steak dinner which was priced reasonably at 180 baht for a chicken fillet steak. My family and I truly enjoyed the vacation.

the hotel is just 5 mins walk from the 4-face buddha and this is the main reason why i have chosen it. lobby is big, service is fantastic, room is adequately sized. it might be a bit noisy at times but it didnt bother me as i was out the whole day and only went back for sleep at night. Overall, this is a good hotel with superb location. Highly recommended. For this price, it is well worth it. It might not be luxury but it has whatever necessary for a hotel and it's more than enought to stay in such a hotel if you do not use the facilities of the hotel thoroughly. I did not as I was out most of the time in Bangkok.

clean, accessible, most of the staffs there are friendly If you are not their client, they are not as friendly and approachable. The room is clean, neat, and nice. Food is great! The location of the hotel is very accessible to the shopping centers. Nice view from my room, I can see the busy streets and the malls across the street.
Shopping Tip : Central World, just across the street give Tourist Discounts!

No wi-fi or in room internet hook up that I found. Check-in procedure took a bit too long. Save over other more luxurious hotels in the area and stay here if for nothing more than the location to all the shopping you'll ever desire. The place is showing it's age, but after a night at a KSR guesthouse it seems petty to mention it. Rooms were clean and comfortable and air con was quite frigid. Staff was attentive and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was okay. We didn't check out the pool as there was much shopping to see and eating to do outside; and also the beach was our next destination.

hotel is in an old condition thís is the first time i spend my holiday at this hotel and i feel ok. This is an old hotel but everything is clean. Staff is nice and helpful. The only thing i think i don't like : no internet connection in room , you must buy internet access card at reception.
Shopping Tip : located at Siam Square so you can enjoy shopping every time you go out.
