Great location, friendly front staff and nice breakfast!

Room power supply and sockets needs maintenance! Some of the room hair dryer couldn't be used because the power socket came out, or no power supply in! Carpet a bit dirty! Cleanliness need to be improved!

Its quite convenient as it gets east access to the few famous shoppibg centre of Siam, like Central World Plaza, Siam Paragon,etc
And the Big C is just next to the hotel, we can just buy things needed whenever we want!

bad experince for this trip
good location, easy get transportation and shopping malls surrounding

i very disappointed on the hotel management and services and staffs attitudes. as we had complaint to the in charge manager of the troubled that a large group guests from that blocking and stop us to take escalator and let us queue behind for more than 1hr. what respond to the manager do? nothing!!!! he did not help and left us continue waiting till the guests go off.
