I've been staying at the Asia for over five years now, and will certainly return. It has its drawbacks, but the location and staff are great.
- Nightlife Tip : Although I don't see it mentioned often in association with the hotel, the "Calypso" show in the lovely, intimate showroom downstairs is (in my opinion) the better of the two main drag shows in Bangkok. WELL worth the time and money.

Give more infomation in the hotel, just like room facilities, and describe as it actually was.
- Shopping Tip : The hotel close to the shopping area, just walk 5 minutes.

This it actually the best hotel we stayed at in Bangkok if we only think about the location. For us it's important to be close to skytrain station and this is really close. Somethimes taxi is a nightmare; takes so long time.

It was a delight for my husband, that is a smoker, to be able to feel at ease in the room and enjoy a cup of coffee with a cigarette! A whole floor is dedicated as a smokers' level!
- Travel tip : Apart from the good food at the hotel's breakfast restaurant, we went to the Japanese one across the road and had a good meal at reasonable prices, we did not take chances with street food.

When you stay in this hotel, you must make good use of its good location to travel either by foot or the skytrain to explore other areas in the city.
- Shopping Tip : Make good use of the skytrain to go to JJ Market.

Nice hotel, very budget, but great food, no Internet in rooms, location a real winner, has skytrain station second floor of the hotel real bonus. Definitely would stay there again. In fact we always stay there when in Bangkok.
