This hotel is in an awesome location. There is trouble with the language barrier at times but they do try. Checking in can be a problem at times as what they have on the website is not what they have available. But the location does over ride it all. It is a walk to one of the major shopping centers MBK and has a train station attached to it.With the traffic that is in bangkok this is most helpful.

free car parking for customers, easy access to the BTS - tube directly from the hotel, good breakfast that suites all.

Great stay even though they didn't provide the double beds for us just because the main receptionist was too busy and didn't want to find room with one (she didn't know we do speak Thai and said it plainly to the man who was serving us and checking us in).
