Really fantastic hotel, great vale for money - would deffinately recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Its also really close to the sky train and near to the centre which made it perfect for us.

Perfect for family travel

we are americans living in thailand and needed to visit bangkok to register our baby with the embassy. aspen suites was perfect for us, as it had a kitchen area which included a large refrigerator where we were able to store breastmilk. it also had a stove, table, dishes and silverware so it would be convenient for people with children to be able to make a small meal.
the rooms were quite large, and included a nice flat scree tv, a radio and a variety of other amenities.
bathroom was large as well and featured hot water, a bath tube/shower combo that was contained, i.e. not a shower head stuck on the wall so the water runs all over the bathroom floor.
it is in a good area of bangkok, near several things. the hotel is down a little road off of a main road a bit, but they have free tuk tuks that will take you to the road and back. it's vey close to the bts which is good for economical travel around the city.
breakfast was ok. nothing spectacular, but eatable.
all in all, we were quite happy with our stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near BTS. Ideal for cheap transportation around the city.

it has been a great stays in aslpen suites! room are well equipped and location was very well locate near soi 4 where all the pubs are. staff are helpful and polite. the oni con i can think of is the lift is too small which seriously it does not matter at all!

hotel was really good, this is the second time i am staying there. its just near to the entertainment center of bangkok, yet the soi2 is calm and doesn't have a trace of bustling musics, crowds in the next street.
swimming pool isn't very big, but good one to relax.
the rooms are big and comfortable.
worth the money paid for.

We had a quick check in. Room was nice. Internet didnt work at first but was fixed on second day. Pleasant staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free sighseeing trips from hotel but involves being taken to the Gems Gallery on return which is a waste of 2 hours if you dont want to go there.
