My favorate spot to stay in Bangkok
Close to the subway, great rooms, friendly staff

This is my third time here and I always return. Friendly staff and really nice place to stay. 10 minute walk from the subway and some of the night life. Staff is really friendly. Only real drawback is that cabs sometimes have trouble finding it. Make sure to bring a map or a phone number along the first time you go.

It is clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location and close to transport systems.

Bad Hotel for a high price

The worst thing was the noise, I heard all the cars, tutuks, and also the people taking outside on the road. The cars are driving the whole night. It was really hard to find some sleep.
I also had ants in the room.
When I turned on the AC (Clima) I got a rally bad small in the room.
Beside the ants the room and the bathroom was clean.
The house is really really noisy. You can hear all the doors closing in your area.
The breakfast was very small and you could choose out of 3 small menues which are mostly the same, only the egg was different.

this hotel feels more like a large home, though each room is furnished in a modern, business style. staff are really friendly and helpful. the hotel is on soi 31, and is a 1.3 km walk to the nearest bts station. the soi is an upscale one with good restaurants lining it, and there is nothing too unsavoury you'll have to walk past (the japanese karaoke bars in the area tend to be more discreet).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your own toiletries, the hotel's offerings are very basic. If you're stuck there is a 7-11a 2 minute walk away which has everything you'd need.

Great Location but overbearing staff

I stayed here for a week during a business trip. It was perfectly situated downtown just a few blocks from the subway station. Cabs were rather expensive from this neighborhood, but not impossible. The rooms were great and although the service was excellent, I did feel slightly uncomfortable with how preemptively helpful they were. For example, every time I walked downstairs I had four or five people hounding me if I needed anything, and when i didn't eat breakfast the first few nights (woke up late), they would hound me to still eat when I came down stairs. It was really awkward. Other than that though, this place is great, and I would stay here again.

Lovely staff and very central hotel

very good price for what you get, in a central area. this is a family-run business and the staff are very helpful and friendly. breakfast is good, rooms are very clean and you can always get help if you need it. within walking distance of everything you need, including great shopping and night life.
Shopping Tip:
Terminal 21 mall is great, and only 10 minutes' walk away. Check it out!

Stayed at this hotel for one night on return from Hellfire Pass trip, very good value for money, paid half as much for similar hotel (Admiral Premier) around the corner. Good sized, clean rooms.

Both of managers and employees were very friendly. They never lost their smiles when talking to customer. And information was helpful, too everytime I asked them.. Price were very much reasonable, too.
