Spacious rooms but inconvenient location

the room also had a microwave and cutlery, which was a definite plus.
i loved everything about the apartment except for three things.
1) there was an electrical pole right in front of our window with a cell tower about barely a few metres away in plain sight.
2) we didn't mind walking, but if you're walking in the rain from ari station to baan nueng with loads to carry; you will find it inconveninent. it's a 1.5 km walk to the station.
3) you have to ask for a safe, which i found odd as it could easily be removed from the room. the staff are friendly and sincere, but if you want to be on the safe side; then you're better off not using a safe at all.

Nice hotel in a quiet back street of busy Bangkok

A nice modern building with a friendly, service minded staff. Located in a back street and therefore very quiet place. A bit odd is that this modern building did not have elevators. The stairs are easy to walk but that may be a limitation for the elderly and the heavily packed, though the staff is ready to help carrying the luggage upstairs. Being in a back street it may be a bit difficult to hail taxis. Taxis may be called up by phone but the waiting time may be considerable, so no place fir the hurried. The hotel has no food and beverage facilities and in the immediate surroundings there are no eating facilities. So buy snacks the night before.

This is certantly not a place for fancy hotels lovers.
But if you love space, nice deco and surrondings
do come and stay here!!!
love the quiet location of this small development.
You have to walk a bit to a rather residencial are
but you will be rewarder by peace and clean air.
very attentive staff to assure you a nice stay also.
No restaurant on premises, but easily accesability to
local eateries and a bunch of trendy places in soi aree 5 and 7
just 10 minutes away. Also you have a fridge to store breakfast
neccesities to be able to be able to prepare your own.
No lifts or enclosed corridors here, instead airy and wide stairs and
corridors to make you feel more at home than as in a hotel.
No safe deposit or but quite safe feeling. The
showers are very contemporary and roomy even thou
I miss to have a bath tube and to deep into a bath
from time to time1
Travel tip:
Great place if you are familiar with Bangkok and like to go to the weekend market. Also great for long stay in the city.

This is my second stay in this charming small hôtel.
The staff is very helpfull specially wehnelt its comes to
order food or geet you à taxi.
The location near thé week-end market is à plus for me and
the open plan of the reception and corridors are gréât.
Do ask for à lower floor if you havé difficulty climbing up
Since there is no elevator. There is no restaurant in thé premises
but thé staff CAN order for you in thé nearby restaurants or you CAN walk
To one of thé Manu places in trendy Soi Aree.

very beautiful rooms and plenty of space to unwind and relax assured. modern decoration with wood and polish cement make this place warm and ultra contemporary. i come to bangkok twice a year for bussiness and this is my place of choice.
this apt are in à quite road away from noise and trafic which for me is à plus but can be difficult for people not familiar with the city or in short holidays. you have to walk around 10 to 15 minutes to main street to reach shopping, restaurants and transportation althout you will be able to take tuck-tuck or taxi for about one dollar usd each way.
there is no service of food or breakfast but thé staff can help you to order your dinner and is plenty of room in thé fridge to store items for your breakfast.
the lobby is in an open entrance with à water plan and you havé to climb the stairs to your assing floor.
thé staff is always on duty to help you up with your luggage and every day purchases, so for me it is refreshing to come in a place that is not completly enclosed in air com allies and that is airy and full of natural light.
will be great if they add safe deposit boxes to rooms since is none at thé moment.
