Great location with vibrant rooms

It was abit disappointing this time round. I am a regular at Baiyoke Sky and Baiyoke Boutique whenever I visit Bangkok. The room this time round had a very funny smell which was rather unbearable and seems like housekeeping are not up to standard

Good location with helpful staff

Good location, within walking distance to Pratunum Market and Platinium Fashion Mall. Part of Baiyoke group of hotels, and thus able to get discount voucher for buffet at Baiyoke Sky Hotel, the tallest building in Bangkok. Free shuttle bus service to some BTS and shopping mall (i.e. Siam Paragon).

Good location,
near shopping areas, had smoking and non smoking rooms.

Traveled with my mom, hotel room was good, wifi was chargeable. hotel location was good though, as soon as we got out some sort of back alley or carpark, was places to shop so wasn't that bad.
lift in the hotel was half floors so you can either walk down to the 4th floor or up to the 5th. staff were good, could understand english. overall stay was good.

Small & nice hotel
its conveniently located near main shopping centres..happening surrounding

The hotel is small & nice..but only thing..the lift is on upper level,must carry our luggage few steps!..its very inconvenient!
Other than that..its a perfect place..small & not so crowded area.
A minit walk to massage parlour,eateries & shopping!
I enjoyed staying there & will recommend my friends!
Shopping Tip:
Go around first before finally buy anything..bcos there's plenty to look at!..hehe :)

okay hotel with great location

the hotel is quite okay. nothing to scream about. i requested for non smoking, high floor (8 and above), train away from tracks and 2 rooms side by side. i got them all and service was quite good concierge was helpful, housekeeping was phenomena but the showers could be improved as when you shower the whole toilet floor gets terribly wet. minor design flaws but overall good stay. breakfast was very good with amazing spread and quality. oh ya, you get a 50% discount for baiyoke sky but it was fully booked when we went up.

Nice only in Lobby area, terrible room.

Old room and brush on new paints. Paint will you feel smelly at room. Toilet was old. It's hard for baby trolley cause every floor got staircase.Hard to find good food surround at night.
Everything need to take charges. I apply for one more extra room key and told by the staff that they will charge for 500bath if i loss it. My young son broke a glass, the cleaner just leave it there for three days and never change a new one. At last when i check out, I still need to pay for 50 bath, I don't mind to pay for that little money, but at lease they must change a new one for us, not right just leave the broken glass in our room.

Good location but unsatisfactory rooms

We (group of five) chose to stay in this hotel based on our friend's recommendation but it was one of those times where the recommendation failed to turn out good. While the hotel is conveniently located near the Platinum for awesome shopping, the rooms of the place were really not up to mark. One of the two rooms that we got had a faulty air-con that disrupted the sleep of two of our friends and the repair works resulted in an electrical outage that resulted in a black out to their room. However, credit to the hotel staff who prompted changed the room for our friends. I would suggest that one should consider the many other options available in the area when booking a hotel in the pratunam area.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is very near the Ratchaprarop airport rail station. Travel by the small alley to reach the hotel in less than 5 mins by foot if you are booking this hotel.
