Overall the hotel are excellent to stay, modern design, room is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is good for shopping. Many mosquitoes in the room, and the breakfast have to need more variety to selected. I can said baiyoke boutique hotel bangkok can recommend to other, good budget, we will like to stay again for the next trip to bangkok.

Upgrade to Executive Suite Location is a mess. Not at all near to any BTS or MRT. You need to struggle to get out of the massive crowd in the wholesale area. The moment i arrived the hotel, i have a sense of regret, to be honest. Well, the staff is really nice, and helpful. There was some wifi problems with my mac and they tried really hard to solve. which they did, with many thanks.
Mosquitoes in the room, woke up with several bites on my arms and legs.
Generally i am really happy with the guys and gals working in the hotel. But the hotel itself.. not quite happening.

convenient and comfortable - room was a good size - tea and cofee making, TV and wi-fi and bar fridge in room - staff very friendly and helpful - breakfast was an OK buffet - 50% discount at the sky tower seafood buffet not very convenient to use the pool and other shared services at the sky tower - shuttle bus to Siam Square was "hit and miss"

Relatively close to shopping malls, even within walking distance if too much traffic.
Colourful bazaar with clothes and food nearby.
Quick room service at the price of a normal restaurant. Noise from the renovation outside announced hours 10:30 - 17:30.
Bath tub was leaking.
Poor view from the window. We have been overall satisfied with what we got for our money at this hotel.
The Deluxe room was good with the exception of the view. Hotel was clean, even chic, quite close to the shopping areas.
In the evening we enjoyed walking in the bazaar nearby to look at the various foods and grab a quick dinner.

Breakfast was not that great. The location of the hotel is good and the room was clean all the time which was nice. The room was ok, nothing to complain. You could not see out of the window and the bathroom was dark and depressing.

Their staffs are really friendly and the location is near to Pratunum as well. I do not really like the stairs to elevator. It is quite tiring if we carry heavy luggage. The breakfast has no enough varieties. Basically, I am quite satisfied with the stay in Baiyoke Boutique Hotel. I will be happier if they could change their breakfast randomly. If we stay at 5th floor and lower floor, the noise that was made by train is quite annoying. I will still go back for the next stay.

Location, Service, Modern Design Not many taxi drivers know about the hotel and therefore always drop us off at baiyoke sky and we had to take a 3 min walk past the dark and smelly alley. Expensive internet access (200 Bhat/ hr) After reading the reviews from the past few visitors of the hotel, i was expecting my worse when i got there. even after i got the the lobby, i was thinking to myself that there must be something wrong with the rooms. But to my surprise, there was absolutely nohing wrong with the exterior of the room! it was very modernly designed, with basic ammenities, and we could also make use of the facilities located at baiyoke sky hotel and also enjoy the international sky buffet at half price. However, the rooms were indeed a little noisy. as the doors were not sound proof, we could hear the people from next door opening and closing their doors and also the railway was near by and was quite noisy at times. My partner was locked in the room as there was a problem with the lock and the door had to be dismantled in the middle of the night. i guess it was quite an experience fo them. however, given the convenience of its location and frienly staff and low price, its definitely value for money.
Shopping Tip : 10 min walk away from wholesale centres sch as platinum mall, baiyoke garment wholesale centre (3 min away) and also Indra Mall (5 min away). if your feet are sore after a whole day's walk, there are thai massage parlours at afordable prices located minutes away and they're open till 1 am

If tried out the breakfast in Baiyoke Sky, do not expect of having the same thing in this hotel for the breakfast they serve is just the basic American breakfast. The hotel is located just behind Baiyoke Sky Hotel. A very small but very very contemporary and hip hotel!
My husband and I were in Bangkok for a weekends shopping holiday after our honeymoon in Krabi. I found this hotel by chance when I was searching for room in Baiyoke sky. Knowing that we will be out of the hotel most of the time living in luxury was not on our list, so we decided to try out this hotel. I am glad we did. The hotel room has all the basics of a hotel room. It was clean and the bathroom was simple too, love the colours and deco of the room and again clean.
The staff were very friendly and we were very impressed with their effort to always trying to assist the customers.
What impressed me the most was if they do not understand what you just told them over the phone, they will actually offer to come up to your room to have a look or try to understand what you were trying to tell them.
On our arrival our aircon were not working and we called reception to informed them. 5 mins later the engineering staff came up to our room and then followed by the receptionist to check up on us.
Location wise is good also. When you walk out of the hotel there is a market just around the corner, and we were informed that they are the wholeseller market, things are extremely cheap and you can bargain for any price. Its a shoppers heaven.
Shopping Tip : There are so many money changer located around the hotel. Walk around and check out the exchange rate before you change your money.
Don't be shy or afraid to bargain for anything you want to by. Try to slash the price 75% off the asking price, If they really don't agree then work your way up to the next higher price which you are comfortable with.

The hotel should have thought more about guest comfort more by making the lift stop at every floor not in between two floors were the guests have to carry their luggage up or down the stairs to get it in the lift.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to see Baiyoke Sky Tower after 10pm when its free and you will save 200 baht!

- Attitude of the front line staff is good - Rooms are old though lobby looks good From the first day of my visit, I have put the do not disturb sign all the time for better security reason and every time I left my room I would make sure the lock was secure. I have to emphasize that the locking system of the room really needs some improvement, they use metal keys. On the third/forth day of my stay I had sent laundry and they were returned the next day. I do not know your procedure but usually rooms were not entered in other hotels when DND sign is on. I was still fine with that but I was so terrified that the door was found unlocked when I returned.
The last thing upon my departure, I grabbed a taxi outside the hotel which was stopped by one of the bell person. I was told that there is “stand-by” taxi at the hotel and he got me one from his walkie talkie. We have made an agreement on the charges and the driver asked for more on the way to the airport. It may not be the hotel’s problem I know, but I just wonder because I thought the “stand-by” taxi are more secure since your staff stopped me from getting others.
Wrote complaint letter to the General Manager but still no response. They don't take responsibility to their faults at all.

Simple and neat hotel.
Friendly staff, helpful to help with your luggage. Do not like to walk pass the smelly lane that lead to the hotel. A simple and neat hotel that provide basis needs during stay. Colorful decor and different design every floor.
Staff are friendly and willing to help.
The toilet is a bit small and do not have much space to hang clothes or put luggage.
Location is still okay, with the wholesale centres nearby, great for shopping.
A bit difficult to find for the taxi drivers as they dropped us at the wrong hotel and only able to find the place when we told them that it is located behind Baiyoke Sky hotel.
The shuttle bus to Siam Center is great, convenient.

romantic color of the room, honeymoon cake,beautiful wall paper there are so many ants and the wall of bathroom need improve The first impression of this hotel is beautiful and romantic, due to its romatica color of whole room and different kinds of colors and types of the wall paper. So I liked so much. And also the hotel prepared honeymoon cake for us, I would like to say thanks to them. The only point I should say sorry is there are so mang ants in our room and the bathroom hasn't decorated, so it didn't look so clean and comfortable.
