Nice lobby, and can use pool at the next door sky hotel. Hotel was nothing like the images on the internet. Poor quality finishing, old dirty carpet.. somewhat misleading from reviews on website.. Oh, and right on the train line! From looking at this hotel on the internet it looked like a good deal, saying newly renovated and images of rooms appeared lovely. We booked the basic room, which was pretty crappy. It didn't look anything like what was advertised and has not been renovated in maybe 8 years. Carpet was v. old and fairly stained also bathroom looked pretty much like a average backpackers.
On the plus side, it had v. clean sheets and towels and room was always cleaned daily.
I'd say if you want to stay here best to book a deluxe room or risk disappointment. Also room was right next to the train so can be noisy when passing.

Confused of Baiyoke boutique, Baiyoke sky and Baiyoke suite. They're all close to each other. Usually taxi drivers know it as Baiyoke 1, 2 or 3 (Baiyoke suite, Baiyoke sky and Baiyoke boutique, respectively). Hotel lobby was clean but there was room odor and small. Hotel food good, sharing facilities with Baiyoke sky. You can get 50% discount for dinning at Baiyoke sky, can access observation deck at the higher floor after dinning. Good to try......

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will choose this hotel for my next Bangkok Trip.It was very near to all wholesale markets and a lot of clothes stall during day market.i will recommend to my friends when they visit to Bangkok.We love Thai massage,and we found a lot of Thai massage shop here as well.Bangkok really is a very fantastic place to go.

Staff from the reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. First class service. For the price that I paid for, I was pretty impressed with the staff just that the room isnt like the ones from the picture shown from website but still, I would go back there again in the future.

Clean rooms, near to shopping and transport locations, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast can have more variety. Hard to locate at first because it was blocked by being behind Baiyoke Sky tower. Shuttle van can extend to slightly later. At first does not look very appealing but after entering its front doors found out its actually quite classy. Friendly staff that can understand and answer most queries we had in quite affluent english. Clean rooms are a plus point, with working toilets and bathtubs. Very well furnished althou not five star but at least worth four. Buffet breakfast served every morning is wonderful but could use slightly more variety or you will end up choosing same food after second day of stay. View from second level dining area blocked by Bangkok's tallest tower, the Baiyoke Sky tower right in front of the hotel which also makes locating the hotel slightly of some trouble if the driver did not drop you off right at the doorstep. Specially prepared shuttle vans to bring you to the not-so nearby Siam central is a good thing except it only serves up til 7pm local time which makes night touring a hassle on the way back to the hotel. Commodities such as convienient stores can be easily found nearby or at the next-door Baiyoke Sky.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you ever need to go somewhere and does not really know how to get there, you can always ask the bell-boy to help you get a taxi at a very good and cheap fare. Just don't forget to tip the bell-boy, they got you a very good bargain.

It's near many tourist attractions, deparment stores.It's a lovely hotel and You can go to dine at Baiyoke Sky. Double bed is too small.
It's near railway, so You will near sound of train all time.
Bath room is quite old too. Receptionists are very friendly.
It's not far from Siam and Pratuman
I can walk there in 15 mins.
And I can park a car at Baiyoke Sky Hotel.
The room is quite old but fresh air and clean room.
Breakfast is not many kinds of food.
I think it's suitable for staying here for holiday. It's not expensive when U stay in center of the Bangkok.

Nice staff and good beds, but our room not that good...no windows and dont arrieve to early. We came after long flight at 9am...but no room before 2pm...had to pay 500 tb to get room, the say not cleaned yet, but as we pay..suddenly it was ready. So we wont stay there again.

close to clothes shopping area extra charges for every little additional bit! The Bayioke boutique hotel is a good option for a cheapish hotel right in the shopping area, very close to pratnum market or the computer mall (pantip plaza). Make sure you dont want any extra options, 2 hours early check in was the same as 1 nights costs for our online booking, internet was a fortune compared to the local internet cafes. Breakfast was ok but dont arrive near the end or they start to clear it away and dont replenish. all in all it was an ok hotel for the money, the room was nice, bathroom a bit tired but you dont get 5* if you dont pay for it!!!
Shopping Tip : look down every little alleyway, theses a bargin to be found

Near the the main shopping market. SUPERIOR ROOM IS REALLY BAD.. go in for the Deluxe room, no slippers in the room. The hotel is very well located near the main shopping area.. and easy access to all important things.
The Deluxe room is much better than the Superior room. The staff is very helpful and will guide you. The bathroom is small but clean. And will never get lost as every one knows the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Go to market near the Baiyoke 1 hotel.. that is the cheapest.

friendly and english speaking staff is very helpfull. Location of the hotel is near to city area and taxi services is easily obtain. Room is basic, but clean enough for short stay. The toilet looks a bit too old, need to have brighter lights. room decoration could be more attractive like the reception area. I've recently stay in baiyoke boutique hotel for 1 night during my business trip. The moment i step in the hotel, the interior of the hotel really amaze me with the stylist deco and very hip, modern design. The staff is very friendly and good english speaking which help us a lot, considering thai people is not so good in english, the reception did a very good job on explaining and give us direction around the town. For the price, i think the hotel is worth the value.

location, nice/attentive staff. 1. Too many mosquitoes

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you hire a taxi (half/whole day) please make sure that you know where you are going cause chances are the driver will just show you the streets and the cities outside of Bangkok which is a complete waste of time.

A wonderfully designed lobby and interior. Friendly staff. Good location. The room is generally clean. Hair-dryer and heater is provided. Air-conditioning is cold enough. The room is not bright. The toilet is too dim. Furniture is a bit too old and the television reception in the room is poor. There is stench clouding the exterior of the hotel. The hotel has a wonderfully designed lobby which is refreshing after a long ride from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and can converse in good Japanese and English. I didn't get the early check-in although i have requested for it. It will definitely be a plus point since i have fatigue due to lack of sleep and early flight that day. The bell boy and security guard are alert to help if needed. As i have requested for a queen bed in the booking, due to high occupancy rate, i was given twin bed on the first day. Nevertheless, the staff is willing to change for me on the second day of my stay. The room is generally clean. The breakfast buffet has pretty good selection which is bearable for two days. If one is staying more than 2 days, they will find that the breakfast spread is the same every day - one may get sick of it. The location is wonderful except outside the hotel, there is a terrible stench clouding the area. It is near to Prantnum market and within walking distance to the upscale shopping area like Central World Plaza. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay in the hotel if one is willing to overlook its cons. Definitely value for money for people on budget.
Restaurant Tip : The chinese food stalls opposite the Pratunam Center sells delicious phat thai fried rice and tom yum gong. Definitely value for money.

very strategic location to those shopping places hotel facilities quite old, not as what shown in website.
we stayed in the hotel for 4 days. overall is ok, but the facilities was kind of old compared to what was shown in their website. the closet and toilet quite old.
thank god the bed and bedsheets are clean. so it's ok.
somehow, with the price we paid, i think we can get better hotel.
the location however is very strategic. and we like that part of the hotel. :)
Shopping Tip : very near to pratunam and platinum.
