Location, price, friendly staff, room standard. Sewage smell from some rooms, maybe due to refurbishment? No wifi in the rooms although announced so. Poor selection of tv-channels if you need to watch it. A great stay for the budget and bargain shopper which still wants to tell they have lived somewhere nice. The hotels main feature is to offer nice looking accomodations where every floor have been designed a bit differently with different colours, but still with an identity throughout the hotel. Pricing is very attractive via internet booking and it can be worth while a try. Oddly there was a sevage smell from some rooms in the bathroom, which wasn't there the last time I stayed there, but it can be due to refurbishment? Hopefully it is!
Shopping Tip : Shopping is the main thing here.

Great place so stay, shop and eat!! Platinum fashion mall is just minutes away, plus there is a weekend market in front of Baiyoke Sky, you can get good food and great bargain there. No sign board to the hotel although it is behind Baiyoke Sky, our first taxi driver could not find the hotel! Shopping Tip : The Sunday market infront of Baiyoke Sky starts as early as 5 am! Platinum Mall is just minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel is near shooping centre and night market. It has discount tikets restaurant Baiyoke Sky, a delicious and chep buffet in a 82 flat building with fantastic views. Near good massages places. Very modern hotel and comfortable. The breakfast is poor. Manly oriental breakfast, the same as the tourist in the hotel, manly corean and chinese people.

near shopping area and massage centers many taxi driver don't know where is this hotel, which is at the back of the alley. you have to carry your BIG bags if u have up somesteps before you can take a lift to your room, again when you reached your level for room, you have to either climb up or down a few more steps on the staircase. The furniture is old, water boiler is dirty, the color of the wall is not nice at all, there aren't any safe deposit, noisy. Its not value for the money at all.

The hotel is not easily identifiable, but the one in front of it is quite famous. Street market is quite busy in the morning and you can find cheap and beautiful clothes there. The breakfast is nice, but lacks changes. We ate the same thing for four days. There has never been any changes. You need to walk on the driveway to go out, which is quite dangerous. drivers coming to this hotel are very greedy and ask 4 times of the normal price.

There is convenient shuttle bus service to Siam Center, which saves you from the insatiable taxi and tuktuk drivers outside the hotel. Breakfast tasts good. Seats in the shuttle bus are limited and have to be booked early. Juice is not fresh. Check in time is 14:00 in the afternoon which is very inconvenient for people who arrive in the morning. The hotel is a good one compared to others at the same price. However, the service policy is not flexible and sometimes causes problems to first timers. Maps offered at the reception desk are very useful. The spa service is very expensive.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Baiyoke sky (with over looking the city sight while having your buffet lunch or dinner). Just almost outside the hotel, you are already in the clothing market. The hotel has free transfer to MBK, 50%discount to Baiyoke sky buffet and accessible and walking distance to malls. the bathroom is not fully painted and smells like urine, even if its clean. The bellboy was not helpful. I will come back to this hotel! It's affordable and very tourist friendly. The service of the staff are reliable and fast, they are also very good looking and presentable and can understand English. The location of this hotel is very good for the shoppers looking for non-labeled clothes with quality. very close to restaurants, massage and walking distance to Big C. Breakfast is the same every morning, just as other hotels but with quite a number of choices. Cab drivers are very familiar with this chain of hotels so its easy to locate.
Shopping Tip : Chatuchak the weekend market is one place you should visit if you are interested to find affordable things. you may also visit the Gem's gallery, ask them to pick you up in the hotel, they pick up and deliver you after your visit.

Breakfast everyday the same thing The location is quite convenient. It is near to few shopping complexes where we can get good bargains(wholesale). You won't get bored at night as there is a night market nearby. Besides, there are a lot of massage shops which is only few minutes walking distance. Overall quite satisfied with the stay.

All the toilets have strange and bad smell.
Very dirty and I felt disappointed.
The housekeepers do not clean the rooms unless the guests arrive. Do not recommend this hotel to other people.

rooms need refurbishing(4th floor) Reasonably priced hotel not too far from central shopping area, and with inexpensive wholesale clothing shopping nearby. Outdoor day and night markets make this a shoppers paradise, especially for casual clothes If you want more sophisticated malls then a regular shuttle takes you to the central area. Beware cheap Tuk tuks who may insist on taking you to a jewellery outlet.
Restaurant Tip : Baiyoke Sky nearby share their facilties with this smaller hotel. The evening buffet there is excellent, but a little noisy as many families dining there. Good panoramic view from the restarant.

Clean, very boutiquey as it has different color walls, colorful wallpaper, and free breakfast. A little hard to find, and the room was a little dark. We thought that Baiyoke Boutique hotel was a wonderful place to stay at. The lobby is very modern and welcoming, and upon check-in they give you a welcome drink, which is basically an orange drink. The hallways are nicely wallpapered, and the hotel room we stayed in had purple walls, and modern art work. The room did not have enough light in our opinion- even with all of the lights turned on it was still pretty dark. In regards to cleanliness, it was very clean. It was a little hard to find, however as there are 3 Baiyoke hotels within a 2 or 3 block vicinity. We even went to the wrong one at first! You just have to know to walk completely behind the Sky Baiyoke hotel(which is the largest building in Bangkok).
Hotel Feature Tip : There is no pool at the hotel, however you are able to go to Baiyoke Sky Hotel and use their facilities. The hotel gives you a voucher to enable you to do so.

The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. This is a new, very clean small hotel location close to shopping. It is hard to find but a very good value. We walked to many places of interest or took taxis. The room was small but a good value for the money. There is no WIFI in the rooms but computers for guest use are located in the lobby. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.
Shopping Tip : This is a GREAT hotel for the shoppers.

There was a particularly obnoxious party down the hall from me which colored my experience, but the staff were nice and apologized for the guests' behavior, tried to see to it that my stay was nice.
