nice design at the lobby, the staffs are friendly. The sound proofing is very bad. We can heard people walking and talking along the corridor inside our bedroom. Toilet room light is very dim if you closed the curtain. For a budget hotel, overrall stayed in the hotel are considered not bad. The location is very accessible, just a walking distance abt 10-15mins to the Fashion Mall. There are lots of garment stall to shop at which is very near to the hotel. You are also entitled 50% discount for buffet meal at baiyoke sky. The buffet foods are very nice and while eating, you can have a view of bangkok because the buffet are located at 76 level of the hotel.

Location, Spacious Room & Clean Breakfast not that fantastic. There are lots of shopping areas around the hotel to explore. Namely: Indra Square, Pratunam Centre and Platinum Fashion Mall. The area is packed with stalls after stalls of interesting clothing for sale.
Not forgetting the spas, massages, manicure and pedicure places enables us to have more choices.
The only cons is the fact that there is a railway track juz behind the hotel and also there isnt a wide variety of food for breakfast.
Overall Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Nice and affordable.
Shopping Tip : Pratunam Centre and Market, Platinum Fashion Mall and Indra Square Centre.

good location, free shuttle to siam discovery, pratunam market in direct neighbourhood and Platinum / Pantip Plaza in walking distance. rooms noisy and no real outside view The staff is friendly. Overall it's ok for the budget price. Rooms are fairly clean and average maintained. Not recommended for long stay. You hear everything through the door to your room and the floor is always noisy. North of the hotel is a railroad. Maybe you like that, otherwise it's only disturbing.
Restaurant Tip : Dinner buffet at Baiyoke Sky is a must. Crystal Grill is more expensive but the food quality at the regular sky buffet was not satisfying.
Beware of the indian restaurants on the street west of Baiyoke Sky! I was ripped off in two of them and there is much better food available elsewhere.

Layout of the room is nice for a budget price The aircon is not cold at all.

the hotel is located very far away from the BTS station Love the Baiyoke Boutique hotel.
The layout of the place is really pleasant. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is alright. Its a nice hotel considered that its a budget hotel.
The only bad thing was the aircon was not working. It was on 18 degrees during the 4 day stay but the room felt like it was 25 degrees. it was very warm in the room and we had to sleep without blankets. The breakfast is alright cos i only ate cereal and milk. There are not much variety and they basically cook the same thing every morning. I'm rather neutral about it so it does not both me much.
If you are considering on taking the BTS around BKK, this hotel is not convenient in its location as its about 20 mins walk to the BTS station. It will be tedious to carry your shopping bags.
Other than that, I had a really enjoyable stay! ((:

Located just behind Baiyok Sky. Near to shopping and the location is great. Breakfast is super. People at the counter are able to speak good english and service is good. Will return back to the hotel again in my next trip. cheers...

the furish is not as posh as expected. My three night stays at baiyoke boutique hotel is recommanded by my good friends who has been there for a few times. The location is still good, and there are nearby massage where you can visit after a long day shopping, the staffs are friendly & the room are still comfortable if you are looking for just a place to rest. It's definately of an afforable price.

affordable nice buffets of sky boutique makes it value for money as u get 50% off the price of these buffets.
the bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean. thin carpeting, spoiled safety box and smelly cushions. overall the service was good, the staffs were friendly and will do their best to meet ur requests, for e.g. booking of a taxi to the airport.Location wise, is also only a 15 minutes walk from the hotel to platinum mall. However, I think that room service could be more efficient and prompt though, and the checks more through as there is smelly cushions in our room.

Cheap Furnishing I was Impressed with the contemporary design of the lobby and the design of the stairs going to the elevators, but functionality wise the elevator sucks. you have to go up a few step to arrive at the elevator and after you've arrived at the floor of your hotel you have to climb another stairs. It's so hard especially I'm traveling with a toddler (because of the stroller). The room was more like an apartment style due to it's lighting. they use white light inside the room (cozier if yellow light). Proximity to the shopping center is excellent. The buffet breakfast was excellent (Considering the price). Overall if only the elevator is placed properly and the room lighting is much better, I'll give this hotel the best value for money you could find.
