Great location but bad hotel facilities

I think it's still one of the best hotel that i had ever experienced. Although it have flaws here and there, i will still recommend it to my friends. The location is a great selling point as it is near the Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market and Siam. The hotel price is very reasonable except the facilities. The water pressure of the shower heat is very weak, and the way to adjust the water temperate of the water is not very user friendly. There's ants in the room. But other than all this it's pretty fine. :)

reception was hopeless, specially requested a better view but received without any view, not available basic requirements in the wash room including lighting was very poor and smelly.

As mentioned above, this hotel is in a very good location for food and shopping. Just outside the hotel every evening, at about 5pm-midnight is a night market. During the day, a slight distance away is a bazaar-like shopping area. If you should decide to skip this, proceeding on will bring you smack into Platinum Fashion Mall; with even more shops to browse. Food-wise, there are many restaurants (mainly Indian food though) and hawker stalls available. If you're coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the airport rail link station is a mere 150 metres away.

Hotel was only 15 minutes by the express train from BKK airport and is nearby to all wholesale market. Directly opposite the hotel, the famous Platinum Plaza with cheap but trendy clothing is popular with tourists and locals. Is a must buy event in Bangkok.
Hotel staff was very professional and they even recommended which spa to visit. It was awesome for the value for money services. The partial indoor pool was large enough for my lap swim.

Okay Hotel....nothing spectacular.

Okay hotel with decent facilities. Appears to be an old building. The staff is professional but impersonal. Good for a 1-2 day stay if you have shopping in your mind. The sky train is also reachable from here. B/fast buffet was elaborate. The hotel also offers an hourly complimentary shuttle to the big shopping mall. Bayoke Sky Hotel (the tallest building in Bangkok) is next door. Good shopping area for garments and electronics closeby.

Lovely hotel with great location and great service

i've travelled to bangkok several times and pratunam area is my favourite. i enjoyed shopping from early morning till evening.
