Colorful hotel

hotel lobby was pleasantly looking. the checkin was shift with very helpful receptionist. the room was very colorful and clean and looks new. breakfast was ok but with few selection. but one unpleasant experience was that after we went for sight seeing we noticed that there was a paper clip on the floor which was bended to form like a master key to open padlocks. we then check our luggage and found there was some indications of attempts to open the padlock but maybe failed because when we check our baggage nothing was missing. maybe in haste as we were already going to our room, the burglar dropped the paperclip. this means the the room boys are not to be trusted. so i would not recommended this hotel.

Long waiting time for lift

Good location. This round I stayed 4d3n and 3 days the lift is only one lift in operation. Long waiting time and in the end my aunt with walking difficulties has to walked all the way down from six floor.

The bellboys are very friendly and helpful. As we stay at baiyoke boutique, we are entitle for 50% discount for the buffet lunch at baiyoke sky.
The room is not that good. You have to wear shoes in the room, else after walking around on the carpet, you will have dirty foot.
Besides, the room have poor soundproof. As people talking outside, you will hear clearly in your room.

Terrible stay. And bad experience.

The condition of the hotel was real bad. The service was terrible. Management staff was really rude to the guests. The air condition was leaking and the the temperature can't be controlled. Breakfast was lousy. Food wasn't refill when it is finished. The elevator wasn't working and guests need to walk to up the stairs although they are staying on the highest floor. There's no facility in the room such as cupboard and no proper toiletries. The room was really in a bad condition. It's so run down and towels are really dirty. The food for breakfast is completely tasteless. The waiter and waitresses was not polite. The service for internet connection isn't free and we have to pay for it in a very high rate.

Good hotel, great position

Lovely hotel. Good rooms well equipped. Awsome breakfast. Wi-fi cherged. Great position, very close to Airport Train Line Station. Very close to Pratunam and malls. 15 minutes walking from Ratchattewi BTS.
Good value for money.
