the room rate is reasonable

The hotel location is most convenient because it is not far from airport, shopping centers and eating places. The room rate is also affordable and not expensive. However the quality of service need more improvement. The reception staff were not friendly and did not smile and not helpful for example I asked the staff to help for flight confirmation with the airlines but was told to do it my self by giving the phone number. This kind of service should be provided like other hotels I used to stay.

Great location but dim rooms

Budget hotel in great, convenient location. However rooms are dim and not properly cleaned. Bathroom drainage not good.

Hotel is neat and located near railway and shopping areas.
However, room is a little bit old, bedsheets with stains are used, little facilities in hotel.

the location of the hotel is just in the town and very convenience for us to walk around.. night market is just outside of the hotel and the choices are a lot. its a heaven for women to shop. th breakfast is just perfect and unique and very nice. we got discount to having dinner at baiyoke sky hotel and the buffet is just perfect with the nice view we like it very much. the pro is only the room. i was quit disappointed with the room. it was totally different with the photo that posted in the web site and i expect it will same excellent look like in the photo purely, its not. however, the room service is still meet our need.

The hotel is nice, modern design. Moderate lactation, few minutes walk to shopping area. Breakfast is nice, I stay here every time when I return to Bangkok.
There is a little complain on the politeness of the front desk staff. Maybe their business is too good and most of the time they are not smiling. These is unusual, because the impression of Thai people were usually polite.

worst hotel ever!!!
i would never recommend staying there and it was the worst experience.
the hotel smells very bad
the staff is rude and it feels as if they are doing you a favor whenever you need something
the shower flooded the bathroom
you can hear everything that's going on in the corridor - guests speaking, the cleaning ladies, the service phone that doesn't stop ringing.
the music in the hallway that woke us up at 6:24 am!!!!
Shopping Tip:
Located in the Pratunam area - lots of shopping but you can't try anything on.

very easy access from the airport by train. the hotel itself is a little hidden, but easy enough to locate with the help from locals.
staff were very friendly and helpful. however, the hotel room itself seems old and require refurbishing. there was a leak in the toilet, and the hairdryer was faulty.
however, the hotel provides good discounts for dinner at the baiyoke tower, as well as access to the swimming pool, etc.
great location for shopping around the area, such as platinum mall.

will definitely consider for future trip as it is near to the shopping complexes MBK, Siam Paragon, wholesale for clothes (which is open like daily from 10am till midnite). public transport is readily available 24hrs and realiable travel agency around the hotel in case you need it for places far from bangkok like floating market, elephant village, and etc
Shopping Tip:
its located near to the biggest wholesale for clothes and just 15min from really BIG shopping complex MBK & Siam.if you considering to use the tren service might have to think again as the nearest is Ratchaparop airport link then change at Phaya Thai (15min max walking) or Ratchatewi sky tren station (25min max walking)or can alwiz use the famous tuk tuk.taxi is almost readily available 24hrs.
