The service was good in general. The staff were friendly, polite and approachable. The food served at the coffee shop is reasonably priced, and quite good as well. The rooms were clean but simple. Good enough for a budget hotel.

It is located near a train track, so it can be quite noisy sometimes. We couldn't check in before 2PM, so we had to mingle around the area for quite long. They claimed they had free shuttle service to siam paragon area, but it could only accommodate up to 10 passengers at a time. There was not enough space for us, and if we wanted the free shuttle, we had to wait for another hour because it comes on an hourly basis.

I think it was overall a good experience because it was located in the heart of a shopping area. There were a lot of shopping malls nearby and it was rather convenient as it was within a walking distance. Morning breakfast was average only, i think the variety of food could be improved on. I particularly liked the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. It was also good that the coffee shop downstairs served till 1AM as i could have my supper there after a tired day of shopping. However, i feel that the room lighting could be improved on as it was rather dim.

Room deco is nice. Bed is comfortable.

Toilet is quite run down. Near rail track, noisy at times. Breakfast spread is quite limited.

Room is more comfortable than Baiyoke suite although the location is slightly further to the shopping belt. Breakfast spread can be improve. The staff are overall quite friendly and helpful. However, this hotel is not recommended for wheelchair or handicapped guests as the lift stop on split level and you still have to use the stairs. You can walk through the back door of the shopping centre infront of the Boutique hotel to access to the main shopping belt to avoid walking through the carpark way and the back and side lane of the building.

Shopping Tip : You can use the back door of the shopping centre infront of the hotel to access to the main shopping belt.

prompt service, friendly staff, complimentary use of facilities at Baiyoke Sky

slightly long distance from the BTS station, has a free shuttle bus that goes to SIAM centre but the 1 hr interval is really quite a long wait

Staff are friendly and polite and always provide prompt service. Comfortable and clean rooms. I like the fact that the hotel allows usage of the Baiyoke Sky facilities like the pool and gym. On the negative side, I feel that it's slightly inaccessible to a BTS station (the nearest one would be 15mins walk away). Overall a value for money hotel - i would choose this hotel for my next visit too.

Nice interior of the rooms, rather funky.

location was rather far from the major shopping malls.

hotel was ok for its price. did not try the breakfast. didnt look appetising. hotel rooms was adequate. funky colours but lighting was not bright. not expecting a luxurious hotel for its price but could be better. location was not ideal. doubt we will return. would be suitable for those who like cheaper hotels with reasonable and clean rooms. for example, people on a budget or those who are backpacking and want something better than a backpacker hostel.

Lobby looks ok, staff are friendly and helpful.

Once out of the lift was abit taken back that there's no air-con, and worst to come the room i'll be staying is uglier than my own room in my house, even Hotel 81 i think looks better. Breakfast was rather lousy, only a handfull of selections. even Genting First World Hotel serve better breakfast them them. Seriously need to improve...

If you're looking for a cheap stay this is the place, But if you were to pay just a few dollars more i believe u can get something better. I think its hard for me to stay in that hotel again, unless its been upgraded.

Shopping Tip : 5Mins walk to platinum mall and pak tu num center. but abit far to their BTS..

Location, location, location. All taxis know the location.

Not near BTS or subway. Quite a distance to walk.

This is the smallest of the 3 Baiyoke hotels. Tucked in an alley behind the towering Baiyoke Sky hotel. Located in Pratunam there's access to hundreds of garment boutiques. Just a short walk from Platinum Shopping Centre with another hundred boutiques. The standard room was quite small. The first room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke so we moved into another room which was identical but without the offensive smell. Complimentary coffee & tea was adequate but the mini-bar had only 2 small bottles of mineral water. It doesn't bother me as I usually buy drinks from 7-11. Lighting was quite dim. OK for romantic couples but I prefer brightly lit rooms. Buffet breakfast was nothing to shout about but staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shopping Tip : Great location if you're looking for fashion and accessories. More appealing to the ladies. Nightly street stalls selling more clothes was interesting. Lots of knock off T-shirts and jeans.

Nice Reception modern design. Just outside the hotel you can find many foot massage, but i didn't try them. And there are many wholesales clothing shops around too. During night time you can find lot of stalls around the hotel. This hotel is for youngsters, for age above 50. I think they won't like it.

Behind the hotel is train road very noisy in the early morning. Please request for front side, although it is a little bit of noise but better then the back room. Room Smelly like cigarette smell, Non-Smokers won't like it. Old bath room, inside the bath room look like those 1 star hotel's bath room. Price is not worth it to stay in this hotel. Walk to pratunam market is between 5 to 6 minutes. Sound near but with hot weather, till you reach the destination. you can imagine that is it not near. I won't stay on this hotel and won't recommend to any friends as well.

Hotel staff is good in English and they're very helpful. But not the security guard. Don't take the taxi who parked outside the Hotel, because they will charge additional 20baht for parking fees, and they meter seem like more faster then other. Price is not worth to pay for this hotel's room. Because you will get Noisy room, Old Bath room, Smelly room. I won't choose this hotel anymore.

Shopping Tip : Good Shopping areas, just outside the hotel you can found local stalls they selling cloths, belt, souvenirs. For those who like shopping and don't mind to walk a little bit far can walk to ZEN (Center world plaza) or Pratunam. The walking distance is around 5 to 15 minutes.

location - very good rooms - very clean/very similar to the picture on the site. shopping - pantip plaza/platinum mall-10 minutes on foot - mbk/siam - 10 minutes by taxi

Noise - the walls in the room aren't thick enough - u can hear people walk and talk outside the room. doormen - not that efficient. Internet - not that fast and is charged 400thb/day

Its a good hotel and all the taxi drivers know where the hotel is, so there isnt a chance to get lost. there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. you also get free access to the swimming pool in the baiyoke sky hotel. you also get 50% discount on the buffet on the 82nd floor restaurant of baiyoke sky. the only problem was the noise that came from outside the room - especially the passing train-that made a lot of noise. apart from that its a good hotel to stay.

Shopping Tip : Pantip plaza and platinum mall - 10 mins on foot mbk/siam - 10mins by taxi

Good hotel- wont mind staying here again

Taxi doesnot know the location

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is at a budget price but very clean and well presented. The air con was superb and the room was large with plenty of space. It also had a very good cafe service in the lobby that was open 24 hours. It is situated directly next door to the Baiyoke Sky Hotel the tallest building in Bangkok and had discount for use of the restaurant

Shopping Tip : Very close to shopping centre

Location - in the midst of wholesale garment centres and shopping

Only the lobby was impressive. Rooms musky, dark and not well kept. Bathroom not renovated and very small. At night, train passes by and noise is loud. The breakfast 'buffet' served is one of the worst I've had in ANY hotel in the world.

The lobby is very different from the rooms - the latter are dark and rather gloomy. Makes the place look dirty and in fact the cleanliness level is indeed lacking. Rooms are also very non-sound proof. You can hear a lot of what's going on in the corridors and other rooms. Breakfast was almost inedible

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel offers free transfers going to Siam area every hour

Things that I like about Baiyoke Btq. are excellent staff, friendly and room are colourfull, specially with Fashion Week program on TV show. Its make feel feel relax and want to visit them again.

I hate their registration/check in procedure, its take long time and I still have to fill up all detail when check in even I used to stay in Baiyoke Btq. almost ever 2 months for the past 2 yrs. No record on customer data. Need improvement.

overall I still love to stay at Baiyoke Btq due to value for money , excellent staff ( bell boy ) - 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Hotel Location also a plus point is convenience and center of shopping paradise. Area can be better if up-grade the breakfast area(2nd floor) to more colourfull & lifely concept. ( to suit Baiyoke Btq. team ).

Good location only few minutes walk to siam paragon and ocean world. Good breakfast. 50% discount to Baiyoke Sky hotel's restoraunt.

A litle bit noisy at nights when train goes by.

Seems like all taxi drivers know the location of the hotel. It's ok for ppl like me who don't know Bangkok very good. The room was not very big but spacy enough for us. Air con was good but a bit noisy. Personel was friendly. This place is for budget travellers.
