Room very spacious and comfortable. Room Services staffs helpful but not the desk counter staff. Need to be more courteous.
Rooms with high overall view. And sky viewing deck at 78 floor is fantastic.
Should provide free wi-fi at lobby and restaurants.

the hotel rooms were serviceable though the beds could be better. the problem was that given that this is the tallest building in bangkok, a lot of people come to the observation deck on the upper floors. this creates human traffic difficulties and given the christmas period, it was a even bigger nightmare. more guests also reduced staff service quality.

it is along the ratchaprarop red mrt line and is also near to chit lom green line. easily accessible to fashion world, pratunam shopping centre. free shuttle bus every hourly to siam discovery. from there there is also another free shuttle bus to siam paragon. breakfast is good with many varieties of their local food. view from the room is also good provided you take those units with higher floors. the one we used was on the 58 th floor. overall it is a good accomodation for a few days.

This was my second stay in baiyoke sky hotel and it was so crowded. The hotel was not mentioned as it was before. The food served was great. The rooms were fine except it was not the same few years back that it was still new and sadly, it was not mentained.

Baiyoke sky hotel is the best in whole Bangkok . Wanna go to crocodile farm but have no idea hence ask the counter person and they got the cheap taxi driver to send us there and forth . The driver was very friendly and bring us around the crocodile farm to tour . The room was very cold as air condition was centralized ask the aunty there to bring us one more blanket and just in a few mins time blanket was being sent to my room . Very good service and great location . The people there were very amiable and friendly too .
Shopping Tip:
If you are planning to go platinum fashion mall or central world for some shopping , come out of the hotel turn right and just walk straight and there you will reach . It's just walking distance . Do not sit tuktuk . They will chop you into carrot .

It's our second stay there and we're satisfied with our choice... Its location is wonderful and nice room... Got upgraded after waiting for our room which is not yet ready... Anyway, it's worth the price and if you book it online (esp. agoda) you'll get it cheaper since it's more expensive if you book it directly at the hotel...
Shopping Tip:
Go around the area and shop... Don't forget to go to Platinum fashion mall
