The hotel location was excellent, heavenly shopping down the street, breakfast was amazing, vast variety. Staff were very polite. Rooms were really well-maintained and very spacious. Must try the fruit buffet; it is really amazing. They provide us with free shuttle to Siam. Overall I am really satisfied with the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Beware of pickpockets down the street while shopping. Very dangerous.

Nice hotel, pretty good location. Bag security. Restaurant service. Stayed here for three days in October 08, hotel is well situated for most of Bangkok sites, short taxi ride to Royal Palace and the surrounding attractions, also short ride to Khao San road. Skytrain not too far either. One big problem was that on the morning that we were due to check out we had asked the reception to look after 2 of our bags, told them we would not pick them up until 11pm. They gave us a bag receipt and we left the hotel for the day. At 11 pm we came back to the hotel, handed in our ticket to reception (19th floor) but they could not find our bags, said they must be in the lobby (street level). We took elevator to the lobby and found our bags lying in a corner with no hotel workers anywhere to be seen, this lobby is not like any other hotels I have visited, anyone can walk in and out without being noticed, I have no idea how long my bags were there I just picked them up and left, gave the bag ticket to a hotel worker who flagged down a cab for me, he didn't even seem to know what it was. Also sat in one of the restaurants for coffee and muffin, coffee delivered after 10 mins, and muffin arrived around 25 mins later, other than that the food was pretty good in the other hotel restaurants.

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean over all it was really good. Need to make the swimming pool bigger. The hotel is at a perfect location, just walk down the street for heavenly shoping. Breakfast was amazing.. you get a lot of different varieties of food. Rooms are really well maintained, the staff were very polite, must try the fruit buffet. Overall its really value for money and I am really satisfied with the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Be careful of pickpockets down the street of the hotel while shopping....

Great hotel, very modern, very well maintained. I stayed with my family in the Baiyoke sky hootel. We had a great time, and we enjoyed returning to our very comfortable room every night. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

when we arrive to bangkok we toke 400 b cab to this 88 stories hotel, the rppm os very noce and clean and the hotel have a very good breakfest, but it still far away from the center and you need to takw a 100 b cab to the center each way

Nice view on high floors, nice breakfast, fine service. Not a good view in some rooms, where they put an advertising of BMW, cause you can't see clear. And there are too many people during high season. This hotel is very nice, I've stayed in it for the fourth time already. Service is very well, rooms are clean and quiet. I like to stay in Space Zone with panoramic windows. But the good view has a disadvantage also: a lot of people come to the view point and you always have to meet them, I like more quiet places.

nice place above Bangkok, good service far from the center of bangkok when we arrive to Bangkok we toke 400 b cab to this 88 stories hotel, the room is very nice and clean and the hotel have a very good breakfast, but it still far away from the center and you need to take a 100 b cab to the center each way

Good breakfast, good rooms on the upper floor, good location to Prathunam area and Pantip Plaza We stayed with 3 kids, in two rooms. On our reservation + voucher it was mentioned that breakfast is included for all of us ... The hotel said that the included breakfast is for only two people in each room, and asked for extra payment on site It's our second stay at the hotel - we like it. The upper floor rooms (we stayed on sky zone - floor 61) are big and nice but bit old, also good attraction to the kids. The breakfast is good - taste and variety, but we found small differences between the dining rooms on floors 77 and 82. The hotel is at good location. If you like the Pratunam market area, including the Pantip Plaza, Central World and etc. If you prefer the BTS - it's about a 10-15 minute easy walk distance.

it is always blocked.. and we have to get down to the lobby several times.. this is my first time stay at this baiyoke sky hotel. first time i lil a bit dispointed because from airport to baiyoke sky hotel kind of got so long traffic jam. but after arrived there i so love the location. so many food stall and got KFC. travel agent store. reflexiology.i love it. then when weekend, we can shopping down there by walking. and i'm sure i'll be stay this hotel for next time.

Need to take 2 lifts to get to rooms This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel although I had visited many times to go to the observation deck. The view from the rooms is excellent and the rooms are large and comfortable. I was with friends and I had booked 2 separate rooms but they were not adjoining with one quite a distance from the other although on the same floor, this was disappointing.

Great view and lots of restaurants etc.
Clean, helpful staff, tours desk at hotel lobby. Very busy place with hotel guests and restaurant and tower visitors using same lifts(could be a security concern especially if you are a single female).
Seems to be in major Indian area of Bangkok, therefore many Indian restaurants but not so many Thai restaurants.
Breakfast was huge with a lot of food but not many Thai dishes.
Very busy outside the hotel many taxis and others competing for your attention, can be tiring.
Quite a walk to the Skytrain. Great view and lots of restaurants etc. Hotel was clean with helpful staff and tour desk at hotel lobby which is covenient.
Pool on 20th floor was set up so you could not really see any view and closes at 7pm.
Surrounding areas was too busy so you really get bombarded with people trying to sell you things or give you a taxis/tuktuk ride etc.
Mostly Indian restaurants rather than Thai restaurants in the area.
Overall great hotel if you want to stay in hotel, and enjoy their services but a little inconvenient if you plan to eat out and about.

too many guest, lobby is very crowded most of the time. The hotel is very easy to find. All the taxi's know this place. Baiyoke sky is around the shopping area of pratunam. It's close to platinum mall, central world, Siam Paragon and Siam Discovery, MBK and etc.
The rooms that we had was very spacious, it was a junior suite and it was so big.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure to visit the grand palace it's one sight that you don't want to miss.
