A huge room, a breathtaking city view, an amazing bathroom, a breakfast at the 78th floor.

the staff isn't perfect.

Firstly the hotel is really well located, close to the mall, the market and the skytrain (15 min by foot). The hotel is really clean and luxurious. But the main point is the breathtaking view. From the top of the hotel, after sunset the city view is amazing. Bangkok spreads all around the hotel. Furthermore the hotel offers a lot of prestation like the spa, the swimming pool or the golf practice.

staying at Baiyoke Sky gave me a very good memory.I was given a very good and high zone area which gave me a very good view of the city. The staff were friendly and polite. The room cleaned and spacious.shopping was very convenient.

The only weakness of this hotel is the busy and noisy entrance which is located at the ground floor. It is packed with all sorts of people and not convenient for the hotel customers.

I was told that upon check in to the hotel 2 years ago, the staff at the reception were not polite and made the customers waited a long time before the room was properly registered.regardless of this I wanted to experience and see for myself.Out of my expectation I received a very warm welcome. So the hotel really make a big change.

amazing view.. great service

the lift is a bit confusing

baiyoke sky has amazing view. my friend and i got upgraded from space zone deluxe room to presidential suite for free!!! the service was great.. lots of variety to choose from for buffet breakfast. definately should try their seafood buffet and also visit the highest floor for a memorable view outside with their spinning platform that takes you around the building.

Large rooms and great views

far a way from the river

Well if you're looking for a really nice place to stay in Bangkok, you could do no better than stay here at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel . On the 77 or 82 floor you can have a great meal and enjoy a un betable view over townlots of variety to choose from for buffet breakfast. So it's an excellent place to stay, in the heart of the market, you just step out of the hotel and all the modern shoping malls and the market are all around you, you do not need to spend money on taxi, you will find couple of fast food.

Large rooms and great views. Spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast has good selection.

Hotel has no disable/trolley ramp. Bell boy has to carry luggage and walk downstairs. Staff not very well trained.

Me and two friends stayed at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel from 24th to 27th of August. Our room was huge. Plenty of room to walk around when we have 3 single beds. Separate change/walk in wardrobe area was nice. Bathroom with separate shower and bath was a plus too. Unfortunately hotel staff not very well trained to handle customers. We were told when we checked in that their photocopier was broken and front desk staff asked us to to bring our passport downstairs the next day so they can take copies. We did that and nobody seems to know what they are doing after explaining to them more than once that the machine was broken the day before thats why we are here. They took copies of our passports but didn't file them property so when we check out we were asked to provide our passports AGAIN for them to make copies. Front desk staff tried to make us pay for a beer from the mini bar that we never had. They claim housekeeping has checked out fridge and there was a can of beer missing. What a load of bull. We wouldn't back down on princple and staff said 'ok hotel will pay for it' at the end like we are out to steal their beer. No apology. Nothing. Bell boy made no effort to help us with taxi troubles. Deliberately looked away when I tried to get help cause taxi driver demanded a fixed price instead of going with the meter.

More elevators for hotel customers only.

Hotel was very good. Our room was in the 72nd floor and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was very delicious. I can recommend this hotel.

-knowledgeable and friendly concierge -one-stop hotel, all in there

-location is within traffic area

The hotel in itself is nice and friendly because it gives all the comfort one needs, as its a one-stop hotel. My room is spacious and comfortable enough. Its lobby which is located in the 18th floor is something different that made it different from the rest of the hotels, its sky restaurant is great, we had nice time watching the stars, the sky and bangkok at night. However, its location somehow degrades the hotel standards and image because its in the middle of low to medium end shopping malls, other hotels and inns of lower standards and traffic is really bad going in and out of the hotel premises, people crowded even inside hotel because of the many shopping areas on lower floors and other restaurants and amenities opened to the public not only to hotel guests. Since we were booked at 55th floor and its my first time to stay in such a high/tall hotel, it was such an experience after all.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, good eating place.

TV reception, better variety of indian food.

Although the hotel is rated 4 star, I would rate it best 3 stars. Did not get the daily newspaper as stated, rooms sparsely furnished, tv was non existant as the reception was very poor and could not watch any programme. There are other hotels worth trying. I certainly would not stay there again. Overall just about tolerate it. I have stayed in a better 3 star hotel.

The views and staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Shower temperature and smelly drains.

The hotel has fantastic views especially from the 74th floor as I was lucky enough to be upgraded. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a wide choice and eating it on the 77th floor was an added bonus. The decor was modern and rooms were spacious. The showers had a mind of its own as the temperature would not remain as set. The drains in the bathroom were smelly.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When agreeing the price with a Tuk Tuk make sure it is a direct trip or else you will end up at a jewellers as the drivers get an incentive for taking you there.

In the center of the shopping area, nice big rooms, good food

Internet is not free

Baiyoke Sky Hotel is the tallest hotel / building in Bangkok so its very easy to orient yourself when you are shopping in the area. It is right in the middle on the shopping area for clothes. It is just a 5 min walk to the building selling computers, software, and cameras. Food of the hotel is very good. You should try out their seafood buffet in the evening, really great with a lot of choices.

View is awesome, location is ok. Depends on how near the shops you want to be. Markets are just downstairs, but night markets are a cab away about 5 mins. Breakfest was awesome from 77th or 82nd floor and food was very good.

Rooms could do with renovating but your are paying for the excellent view.
