The staffs there are very nice and friendly, they try to help you with all your needs and provides excellent service. The room we got was junior suite, it was very spacious and high level.
Shopping Tip:
It's near all the shopping places! Pratunam market, platinum mall. All walk able distance

My 3rd time stay in this hotel

emm... everything is good! good location, good breakfast! shopping jus ard the corner! massage oso can find everywhere... room is big!! the only suggestion is hope the hotel can renovate & make everything more perfect! ard half an hour take train from airport & drop at rachatprarop station. the hotel jus next to that station only. cost u only . very cheap!
Shopping Tip:
Downstairs is pratunam market already... And it's ard 10 mins to platinum mall. Can go thr shop oso... Downstairs oso got a lot of massage centre with very good price.

first of all, had problems checking in at the front desk with the first counter lady. she must had a very bad day before we arrived. a second counter lady had to come and take over. after that everything was very nice. counter persons need more training in customer serviced. they forget that the customer pay their salary.

average hotel, clean, very good breakfasts, nice staff. coins are about the lifts - without staff's help it would be difficult to get the appropriate level because no every lift can go on the right floor. nice room (standard deluxe) with big bathroom, at the lobby there are several travel agencies which can help you in any trips you are willing to make in bkk.

Desperate need of updating

i stayed here because it was close the the sky train and i needed an early morning link to the airport.
i also chose this hotel as it had an outdoor pool and i wanted to relax on my last day in bangkok.
in a nutshell this hotel - was pretty dire. the whole place needs updating - the walls need paining the carpets need replacing.
the pool was grotty to say the least - and the pictures must have been taken the day it opened as the whole place was in desperate need of some care and attention
the gimmicky 360 view on the top was ok but again the entrance to the viewpoint was awful - you walked through some kind of blacked out space scene with a plastic alien at the top - why?
all in all - i think the hotel was not value for money and with so many nicer options i would not recommend this hotel at all..

going into the hotel is inconvenient if you have luggage since the lobby is on the 18th floor and the ground floor has stairs and no concierge to help you.
i find that the hallways in my floor are not clean and when you enter the lobby there is a peculiar smell and it was warm
the buffet is expensive to the quality of the food. there were a lot of waste.

overall, i have a pleasant stay in Baiyoke Sky, the feature in room is good enough as a 4 star hotel, they have a very spacious bath room with bathtub and stand shower facility. the hotel location also surround by bangkok whole sales fashion mall.
the only thing i feel is not very good is the hotel security, it seem the lift system is no control and very easy to allow anyone to access to the guest floor. hope it will be improved in my upcoming stay.

a iconic hotel located in the center point of busy market streets of pratunam with its special and modern designs, made me wanted to give myself a stay inside. i was amazed by its super great location - walking from ratchprarop train station and clseo to siam square and mbk. other activities can be done inside the hotel- observation deck,swimming pool, gym, big buffet etc.
