Great hotel with lovely service
Observation deck on 77th floor, Thai fruits bar, convenience store

good value for money! booked 2 superior rooms for my family of 4 and was upgraded to suite for our 3 nights stay due to full house. suite was very spacious with a great view of bangkok skyline. service at the hotel was excellent and staff friendly. good spread for the breakfast buffer on the 78th floor.
the only set back was the hotel got very crowded in the evening and waiting for the elevator could be a bit testing at times where all the elevators were packed, felt like a sardine in a can! the lobby is at 18th floor, it's interesting at first but it's a chore to get to street level after a while as you have to take 2 elevator trips (from room to 18th floor lobby and another lift from lobby to ground floor).
observation deck on 77th flor open to tour groups and the ground level elevator area can be like a fish market at times.
other than the crowd, my overall experience was postive and my family enjoyed our stay at baiyoke sky. night market, restaurants and shops outside and around the hotel were fantastic.

The location is good, few min walk to platinum mall and there are lots of shops along the way. They have also a "morning market" which they set up just below baiyoke sky hotel from 4am to 9am. However the room is abit dirty, small cockrach can be seen. It is also quite inconvinent as we have to take lift to 18th floor where the lobby is and change another lift to our room.Overall still sastified.

Stayed for a couple of nights...great hotel with good value for money. The pool was awesome but only in the afternoon. The pool is not that clean in the morning. We had a great breakfast menu, the view was brilliant and the service was good.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to the shoppin area. You can walk to the malls or get a taxi for 80 TBH.

the baiyoke sky hotel is overrated. the only good things about this hotel are the view and the food. the rooms are old and not so clean and it takes a long time to get to your room, that building being also like a touristic place to visit, u always end up stuck among all the visitors just going to the top for the view. you can get a lot better in bangkok for this price.

This hotel is centrally located and has very good service, good facilities and large rooms. However, the rooftop bar is very rundown and the rooms are dated, as is the swimming pool.
