The hotel is in a wonderful position: Just in the downtown. You can easily find a tuk tuk or a taxi when you walk just outside the hotel. It's easy also to make some shopping as many small market are permanent selling around the hotel.
The lobby was quite crowded at all time and you have to wait a long queue even for asking an easy information.
The room was big but essential. The water flow in the bathroom was not constant.
The breakfast was very great... a lot of choice and a lot of food. I think it was the thing i have loved most.
The swimming pool at 20th floor is very small.

rooms were spacious and service was good. location was fantastic and we stayed at 49th floor.could see the whole city through the window.only downside was we found thb 500 missing after porter took our bags from the room to downstairs when checking out.be careful as these kind of pick picketers could be every where including at good hotels.

Great lofty hotel with fantastic view

Baiyoke Sky is bangkok's tallest building. Hotel rooms are located from 20th to over 70th floor. Most rooms offer spectacular panoramic view of Bangkok skyline. Hotel guests are given free access to the revolving observation deck - a must see for any visitor! The room that we stayed was really spacious and we really enjoyed it thoroughly.

Lucky me got free upgrade from a standard room to junior suite. Room was perfectly fine for the price range. Pool was nice. Beddings were comfy, room made up daily. Free coffee and bottled water daily. Toilet and bath adequate. Hassle-free check-in and out. Internet too expensive but fast, 200 baht for 1 hour (can log in and out valid for 24 hours) and 400 baht for 24 hours. Elevator system was fine, confusing at first because they have separate service for those checked in and tours that just want to go to the viewing decks. Convenience store at lobby.

I enjoyed my stay at the Baiyoke,great view from the space zone,junior suite,ok size,big bathroom ,very clean. Breakfast and evening buffet were excellent.Meal was 550 baht and excellent value. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The thing that i did not like was the busy lifts,as non residents use them to go to the observation deck making the lifts very unpleasent as you are packed in like sardines !

Too pricy for such normal room

Didn't really enjoy the stay. Room although big but quite empty. Not many facilities within such a big room. Suppose to be with great view, but didn't windows weren't in full length. And the lifts are usually full, making it a bad experience every time we want to go out from the hotel room or get back to our hotel room. The swimming pool also quite dirty. Because of we booked this room, thinking that there is a private pool.
