Good Location for shopping
Easy to travel around shopping mall
6
A liitle chaotic while checking in but hotel staff are able to settle in about 5 - 10 mins time. A 24 hours mini mart to get your drinks snacks etc at the hotel lobby.
For tourist travelling intention is to shop for clothes this will be a good location as most shopping area are walking distance. For tourist going for a more quiet holidays this place might be a little rowdy.
Cleaniness and equipment in hotel rooms are relatively good. Carpet flooring in the room might be a little dusty though.

Hotle with a beautiful view
Beautiful view, good location

We had booked a room from Bayoke after visiting the restaurant at the top of the building earlyer. We arrived to the hotel quite late and they had only smoking rooms left, so they offered us a upgrade to a suite if we could have seperate beds. The view from the room was really nice. The only thing that was not good were the lifts. There is so much people moving around the hotel that sometimes you need to wait for the lift a long time.

Iconic Hotel well past its best
The stunning views from bothe room and breakfast
6
found this hotel easily - its right in the center of the action - lots of shopping straight outside your door with wholesale markets galore. first impressions were that the this place is well due for a makeover/renovation. signs of wear and tear everywhere, the pool is ridiculously tiny for the amount of rooms here - only a handful of lounges, the water looking very cloudy and not inviting at all. the rooms are very spacious, and clean, but again - showing their age. t.v reception poor in our room, bed was comfortable. fantastic views obviously with the hotels towering height - its only real draw card considering all the newer choices surrounding. breakfast was a first in - best dressed affair - so many to feed in the morning, the food was o.k
Shopping Tip:
walk in any direction - shopping starts instantly! there's a great thai/seafood restaurant a short walk down 8 soi watthana nearby - highly recommended for cheap and tasty food!

Great View
The view, breakfast was pretty good too
5.3
The room was ok - probably over priced but the view is great. The lifts are totally inadequate for the number of people, same ones to the rooms as for sightseers so I waited minutes just for a lift
Pool was pretty shabby, I'd wouldn't stay again but it's probably worth spending one night just for the experience
Restaurant Tip:
Hotel food is wa\y over priced

Amazing hotel, great location!
Massive rooms, comfy beds and incredible views.
8.7
We were only in the Baiyoke for 3 nights but the hotel was incredible, the rooms were massive and nice and clean, and the views over the city were amazing. The breakfast buffet had a huge amount of options (and was served on one of the highest floors). Street markets were only a minutes walk away, and further down were the Platinum Plaza centres. It was a five minute walk to the Airport Rail service as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
while staying in bangkok - do the tiger temple tour! it is amazing.

Awesome View
The View is great and the rooms really big
8
this hotel was really nice, the staff was 50/50 and there is no free wifi. the view from the 83 floor is the best in the city but the "roof top" bar was lame and the bangkok balcony is a buffet that is per person. personally i would have preferred a nice restaurant. if you are willing to drop some really money for a great view, romantic atmosphere and 5 star dinning i suggest sirocco at the lubua hotel at the state tower(hangover 2 hotel) pricy but totally worth it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the 83rd Floor and see Bangkok from the highest point in the city.
