Nice hotel but little bit old
The location is great, just situated in the right centre of the city; Staffs are very friendly

It is very convenient to go to anywhere of the city. These big shopping centres like Centre World are within walking distance(15mins). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I arrived very late at that night, and the staff upgraded my booking into an very nice and spacious room without charge me any thing. But the environment nearby is so noisy and crowded...

the overall stay was satisfactory. we stayed for 3 nights. we had booked a superior room from agoda, however, on arrival, we were provided a deluxe room instead of the room that we had booked. the front desk did not inform us that they were upgrading us to a deluxe room. however, the deluxe room was the worst ever room i had every stayed in. the carpets, sofa cushions were lots of stains. we thought that the hotel maintenance is not good but still i thought of informing the room service. then they provided us the superior room on the floor which was renovated. the superior room was very nice. i was very upset as the hotel gave an excuse that they were upgrading to a deluxe room but in fact it was worse than the superior room which we had booked. from day 2, after we moved out of the deluxe room, the stay was nice and we were satisfied with the services.
another problem was that the tap water on day 1 was very dirty. we called the room service and they solved the issue in an hours time.
Shopping Tip:
If you like Indian food, do not miss the Khurana Inn which is 40 seconds walk from the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The Platinum Fashion Mall is 7 mins walk. There are lots of road side stalls selling clothes. So, perfect for shopping.
Do not miss the Floating Market.

Great location and easy to acess many places
Comfortable stay and beautiful view of bangkok city.

Room is clean and comfortable to stay, check in staff not so friendly to customer when checking in and not very helpful.

Great location and unique tall building

Hotel was recommended by relative as it is at a good location ;-)
Perhaps could have a Chinese speaking staff at the front office.
Room is big and spacious although deco is a little bit run down for 5 star hotel.
Stayed 4 days 3 nights with 2 nights having to wait for about 15 mins for warm water for shower :-(
Overall not too bad for our first try staying with Baiyoke Sky Hotel.

Big but old looking room. Taps spouted brown colored water, water pressure in shower not consistent, safe wasn't working. Great location but let down by the old facilities

Very Good , Famous hotel in Bangkok.
in heart of city. close to shopping malls

always loved to stay at this hotel. very convenient hotel since its in pratunum area and close to sukumvit. also night market in evening and opp indra market.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Tallest hotel in Bangkok. Try to get skyview room and upper floor.

Good Room, Great Location

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. The hotel is located close to the BTS station, Taxis are also easily availanble near the hotel, after a hard day of meetings there is a lot to do as the hotel is located in the heart of the city

Wonderful hotel, value for money,great location

the staff was very friendly and helpful and since my son is tall, they upgraded me to a room with 3 beds with no extra charge...so kind of them.
this is the type of service which other hotels should emulate, rather than being so strict on certain policies.
salute to baiyoke sky, my favorite hotel in bangkok !

A lot of local food sold for breakfast if you do not have breakfast included in your room.

a comfortable hotel and not only that, the services was fantastic. when we reach the hotel, the zone that i booked was completely booked, but they offer to upgrade our rooms to the next available zone at no cost at all.
the location is near to the popular shopping areas, and its just beside the airport rail link which made the hotel very accessible. the hotel also offers shuttle services to siam centre where most of the shopping is gathered.
