Great views
The view was the best feature

Rooms were a good size and the complimentary upgrade was a good bonus. The rooftop restaurant was excellant and all rooms were clean and staff helpful. Internet was quite expensive though.

Only stayed one night but they offered late checkout at a small additional fee depending on how many extra hours you needed which was great. Very good breakfast choices.

I ailways stay at Baiyoke Sky everytime I go Bangkok, especially now that going to the hotel from the airport and back to airport is easy and economical because of the train which station is just a walking distance from the hotel.
The facilities of the hotel is always good. The service is also good. Our housekeeper in the 42nd floor is so nice and helpful and always change our beddings. The breakfast buffet has manay choices though the menu is the same in our four night stay.
The reception are just fine. The people in charge of the luggages at the ground floor, the ones responsible where buggages are left after check out needs further training. They are anot nice when requested to take extra care for breakable items. They get irritated when requested.
Over all 90% okay
Shopping Tip:
buy three pieces of each kind to get good bargain

It is a really convince place to go to shoppingmall and food center. The hotel is in the center of Bangkok, easy to go anywhere. I love the breakfast Buffe and u can see the whole view of the city on the 82 floor.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby the hotel there are lots of things, they are cheap and nice. The fruit there are very very fresh and sweet.

the baiyoke sky hotel is the tallest building in thailand and the views are spectacular. the breakfast buffet's (if you choose to have it) is a mix of many different breakfast foods from asian and western cultures; located on the upper floors the views make it a great way to start the day.
the baiyoke sky hotel is right in the middle of the garment district and is within walking distance to markets and shopping centers.

there is be a taxi stand to wait for taxi on the hotel side-the hotel should have a back gate to let guest to pass through to the back lane to the plaze sungi wang / food court /hawker centre / massage palour / f and b outlet / pubs joint / movies cinema.

great location, room & breakfast but poor service

Stay is good and comfortable. 25 mins train ride from airport and about 10min walk to hotel from station. But poor concierge service. Lady at concierge is extremely rude and not helpful. We tailored made some suits for my husband but concierge turned the delivery away saying that we are not hotel guests even without checking!

we have stayed at baiyoke sky for 3 days 2 nights, never fail us in term of service. international breakfast is superb and tasty.
wholesale market is just below the hotel and platinum mall 5 mins walk away. we could just shop, unload and shop again at no fuss!
airport rail is just 10 mins away from the hotel. 25 mins to airport. convenient and reliable.

it was nice staying in this hotel, a very relaxing and spacious suite room makes our vacation a memorable one, add to this is the bangkok balcony buffet dinner that makes our 12th year anniversay extra special, not to mention a 2 pound chocolate cake that symbolize how sweet our marriage is, thank you to those who are responsible to this.
