Great location, big rooms and very clean
This Hotel is big on personal safety, as it's located in a very busy area and any unwanted guests trying to enter find it difficult as Security personnel are always around.

we stayed in a superior standard room that is huge and as we were on the 26th floor we had great views over the city. we found the staff to be friendly and quick to respond to any request,our air/con unit in the room was leaking and by the time we came back from breakfast it was repaired, we only reported it on the way to breakfast..good job
breakfasts in this hotel are worth taking as they cater for every nationality and of course as it's on the 76th floor the views are tremendous.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If arriving at the international airport you can take the train into Bangkok and walk to this Hotel, we would have done that if we had realised it was so close the train terminal, but will definately do this the next time.

the building is a little bit old, funiture is old used, the swimming pool is disappointed with too small size when compared with a big hotel with more than 200 rooms.

wondered what i'd booked when first arrived on ground level! back street and fairly grotty. was pleasantly surprised when on the 18th floor reception area! our room was large, clean and had an amazing view. restaurants in hotel were great. very convenient having the little shop on reception level. all the staff were friendly and helpful with good english and big smiles.
Shopping Tip:
check out the markets at night around the hotel!

Had a good time at the hotel. It was my second time back at the hotel and once again it didnt disappoint me. The room was big and the people were friendly. The concierge desk was also very efficient and had many day trips available.

The tallest building in Bangkok!

Enjoyed our stay and service was good. You could go to the 85th floor and see the infinite views of Bangkok from there. The hotel has a seventies feel which it could totally embrace and make this a 70s themed hotel complete with 70s disco!! It feels like its just becoming a tourist location to go up and see the view. It has much more potential. The buffet food was abundant but not great quality. Most customers prefer quality to quantity.
