Great bar, restaurant, night market, town area far from BTS but easy to get Taxi I think this is ont of the good hotel in Bangkok. I believe because Agoda is able to provide with a very competitive price. I will always recommend it for all visitor.

Location is good, close to shopping centres. The best breakfast buffet in Bangkok It is the best hotel in Bangkok with lots of good thing. I love the view and the location. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of varieties. I give 4.5 stars for this hotel

Fantastic views clearly unbeatable anywhere in Bangkok. Friendly staff. A 24-hr convenience store within the hotel that really is that for once. And delectable range of food especially for breakfast. Small dinner dance performances much appreciated. Unimpressive entrance at road-ground floor lobby.
Bathrooms amenities not 5-star with single dispenser for soap and shampoo - not 5-star quality.
Also baths rather dark. Cable TV lacks feature length movie channels. Parts of suite rather poorly lit. A hotel that is conveniently located for shopping and meetings. Virtually all facilities expected of a 5-star hotel is there at reasonable rates. Bangkok's landmark that every local knows so one will never lose one's way back to hotel. Overall a hotel visitors will likely to return again for quite a long while.
Hotel Feature Tip : A great 24 hour convenience store within the lobby level - very practical.

Bell boy at Lobby ground floor needs to be monitored Arrived late at the hotel so decided to take a cab to go clubbing. The bell boy told taxi driver that I came in using the airport limo. So the cab driver did not want to use the meter but asked for BHT150 to go to Suhkumvit. Mgmt pl take note

a. Fantastic view from the restaurant located at 78th floor.
b. The rooms are spacious with good city view as well.
c. The buffet at the restaurant was definately value for money.
a. The traffic to the hotel was quite heavy.
b. The entrance to the hotel was not too obvious since the hotel lobby was located on the 18th floor. As Bangkok tallest hotel cum tallest building, it simply an experience by itself to stay there. The food and bird eye view offered by the restaurant at the 78th floor was really awesome. The rooms offered to my family were extremely spacious which are just perfect for families with children. The security feature was also impressive with key card control to access to every floor.
Restaurant Tip : Must try the dinner buffet offered by the restaurant and then visit the rotating roof top for free to view the night scenery of Bangkok city.

Great view/scenery.
Very friendly and consientious staff
TV was small. Need more signs to direct us to the lifts that service the lobby.
Can be very crowded with public visiting the hotel and hotel patrons. The Baiyoke sky hotel serves a fantastic hotel that promises you great views of the Bangkok skyline and beyond on a clear day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and food (room service) was good and reasonably priced. The room that I had was very spacious with a well stocked mini bar. The bed was comfortable (maybe a little hard for some) and little lounge set was decent although a bigger table may be needed especially when room service is called. The TV was small and could be improved. With a very good location, (street market and Platinum shopping center 15 mins walk away) Baiyoke sky hotel is a very good hotel and value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Guests in the hotel get free access to the observation deck and upper floors. Public have to pay to get up there.

Close to all major shopping malls and easy trips to and from the airport. The facilities are good and staff are friendly. Most of the frontliners speak English well enough to be understood. A good value for money.

Great location for shopping and getting around. The hotel itself is now a little dated. Most noticable at the upper level restaurants and bar. You wouldn't really want to relax there, they are verging on shitty. The room itself (we were in the 57th floor) offered spectacular views. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The hotel pool was nice and massage service was expensive but ok. The reception staff were not so great, tried to overcharge our room bar. They insisted we paid for something we didn't drink. I was courteous and stood my ground and they just acted like i was trying to rip them off. All over 600 Baht!!??

Huge, spacious rooms, great water pressure in the shower, views of the city, welcoming staff, great value. I think it was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in (a standard room, it was bigger than many suites). When you check-in you get coupons for the restaurants, etc. I had dinner buffet on the 78th floor with a Thai friend. We loved the view and the food was terrific.

I like the 77 floor where you can have a clear view of the skyline of bangkok. Too many street peddlers and this make this area more rowdy and noisy But if you are looking for a value for money hotel, go for this hotel and it offers good range of variety for the breakfast too.

Its location is central to this business trip. The room is large and facilities commendable. Hotel offers excellent view of Bangkok skyline. Hotel staff are friendly and eveready to serve It's a nice hotel however, the entrance does not project a 4-star image. It gives a "cheap" impression The purpose of this trip is business in wholesale clothing. The hotel's location is just superb in meeting this objective. A big wholesale mall is within walking distance and along the way, small enterprises capture bargain hunters like me. A more enthusiastic walk will lead to more departmental stores and eateries. I especially like the spacious room with all the necessary ammenities. The view from the hotel room is absolutely captivating. The hotel rates are reasonable given the fact that I did not have to spend too much on taxi fares. Objective met for this trip.

Buffet Breakfast is exceptionally good The entrance passage to the hotel is bit crowded with shoppers From the time of entrance to the check in counter and stay in the room, meals, and services were excellent. Access to the sky deck and to view the city in the day and in the night from the highest point in Bangkok is beyond words! One must experience the stay and comfort!!!
Shopping Tip : Learn to Bargain to the lowest but be very polite. Thai people value politeness and courtesy.

Amenities, easy to locate (it towers above everything else), staff very attentive, helpful and pleasant. Close to Pratunum Markets and transport. Views that are above everything else. Views go on forever. Restaurants cover all tastes from vegetarian right through to all cuisines including Seafood, Japanese, Italian, German, Turkish, Chinese, etc. Some foods smorgasbord but a lot freshly cooked while you wait. Waitstaff very attentive. Front desk catered to all questions. Tour desk staff very helpful organising tours either by group or by private car. Rooms very well appointed and maintained. Close to Sky Train and taxi's always waiting out the front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
