Great location for shopping
Executive room are spacious for family stay.

Great location for shopping . Right in the middle of pratunam area. Lot's of people and shops. But if shopping is not your main aim than this place is not suitable .
We stay at Executive suite with a living TV area. The room looks a bit run down. The air con in our bed room is noisy and not very cold.
Need a face lift and a make over.
Overall the hotel staff is friendly . For the price paid, well i can say is great location only.
Shopping Tip:
Indera shopping mall has a lot of variety things and bargainable price. Explore it. Walk far a bit the Platinum Mall is there.

Lousy hotel with really bad service

For the first time I have in such a lousy hotel , Hotels is so
dirty , found dead cockroaches in between my bed sheets ,the fridge is so dirty , air-con compressor fail , have to ask the technician to come in and pump the compressor, check in early to the hotel yet the 40th storey ventilation is so bad , the air smell mouldy have to get the housekeeping in for spraying refresher .. when ask to change room commented that you booked standard, the room they change for us the sink is cracked OMG ,,, we have to endured until the next day then to another Room . ask for help from the room service we are being shouted at ... what a bad experience. Cleanliness is so important to families with kids
ow .. i should extend my stay with baiyoke boutique hotel instead . Never will I return to this hotel if i will to travel to thai, bangkok the hotel is a disaster

Nice hotel with reasonable price

We did not expect how nice is the hotel with its price. But we really suprised when we check-in. Very large & clean room. Location is very convenient for shopping. We'll stay there for next trip in BKK
Shopping Tip:
Very closed to Platinum shopping mall & just 10 minutes to Siam Paragon, MKB, Tokyu...Pratunam wholesale market is in the ground of hotel

Great Location for the most hardcore Shoppers
Good Location with wholesale centres around the surroundings. 10 mins walk to Platinum Fashion mall and Pantip Electronic Plaza

nice huge room with basically all you need. although the interior decoration's condition is not as bad as what's written in other travellers' comments, i did see a cockcrouch in the room. one other thing is that there is no free wifi service, you've got to purchase the wifi service at the check-in counter (aprox 400baht per 24 hours).
Shopping Tip:
Talk a stroll into the wholesale market just at the side of the hotel's entrance. Lots of bargains to be found.

Excellent hotel, good location for shopping (clothes.. electronics..) good amenities, friendly staff and clean.
So why you wonder do they chase people away by per hour for wifi. This should be 24/7 available without cost! Big mistake, which will turn customers away (I will..)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Very big minus : wifi only available for 200THB/hour. What an awful and unnecessary measure.
Stupid actually.

Great location in Pratunam
Great location, friendly staff, easy access to wholesale markets

We loved the location and always stayed in Baiyoke Suite as we go Bangkok yearly for shopping trip and the food. The beds and sheets/towels are fresh and clean, although hotel rooms are very old and the carpets are stained and dirty looking - needs to be renovated or refurnished. This trip found small baby cockroaches in the bathroom! Furniture such as dressing table/chairs very old and needs to be changed!
For us, as long as the beds are clean, towels fresh, aircon working well, we are OK. For other travellers, hotel rooms definitely need a facelift!

beautiful view of the city from the rooms. not such a good swimming pool. tacky interior furniture but very very spacious rooms. food quality could be better.

Very good location but the hotel room is not very clean.
Maybe old building needs some repair.
Roon is big with a dining table and a couch.
