A 'shop till you drop' location
Courteous and obliging staff, magnificent dining with breathtaking views, great buffet breakfast

memorable views and breakfast on 43rd floor prepared us for shopping visits to local pratanum market and siam square - an easy walk away.suite was comfortable with most desirable amenities (e.g. in-room safe, coffee making)but slightly run down.

My partner and I travel extensively throughout Asia once or twice a year and throughout all of our travels we have never stayed in or been treated the way we were at the Baiyoke. The rooms were filthy dirty with badly stained wallpaper peeling off the walls and carpet that looked like it had never been cleaned. The bedding was attrocious and the airconditioner looked like a health hazard. When we approacched reception a requested a more livable room we were met with hostility like we've never experienced before. I certainly would never recommend this hotel

location is good, close to the airport express station,Big Rooms, This hotel has very spacious rooms but their furniture is relatively cold, right in the biggest market in thailand great cheap deals nice hotel a little older but big rooms . Good for travelers who are shopping and just need a place to sleep. the staff is always going out of the way to provide information we required

first impression of the hotel wasnt that fantastic as the lobby was pretty simple had to be accessed by a lift.
nevertheless, it was what we're looking for as we wanted a good location and that was what baiyoke provided!
rooms were alright, spacious...
situated in the heart of pratunam,
just below the hotel are local day & night markets which sell everything from food to clothes.
perfect for shopoholics & those who wanna enjoy the local streetlife!
breakfast was actually exceeded my expectations,
with a great variety of both international/oriental selections.
coupled with a great view as the bfast buffet was served at the highest floor of the hotel!!
will definitely come back, if my trip is a shopping trip!

There's a lot of shops around it and its a walking distance to the shopping malls

the hotel is quite good for people who love shopping as there are a lot of cheap bargains shop surrounding the hotel. a long walk can lead you to the mall where you can find the best price for gadgets.
