Centrally located in the heart of downtown Bangkok, Baiyoke Suite Hotel is surrounded by three large department stores and wholesale shops, and within walking distance to Central World Plaza.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located in the center of pratunam that has a lot of market and shopping center. check for prices from a few shops before deciding...you might find the same goods selling for cheaper price in some shops. morning wholesale markets price is the cheapest.

"Great location for shopaholics"
shopping is everywhere. Near bts, and shopping malls.

We enjoyed our stay in the room that was given to us although its kinda old and a little worn-out. Our only problem was the telephone inside our room. Its busted so we have to go the lobby everytime we have a complain to make. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

the suite is better than we expected. though is quite old but our room is clean. should try the food stalls, especially the porrigde nearby. prepare for no seating as most stalls do not supply table and chair.
Restaurant Tip:
the tut tut vehicle is not quite reliable. They do not bring you to the place you want to go instead bring you to the most expensive restaurants. Best to take cab instead.

We stayed in the Excutive suite & could not fault it for the money. rooms very big & clean, bathroom a little bit old but one of the best showers we have ever had in thailand. the water was hot & there was a lot of pressure. there where many markets right outside the door that added to the feel that you are in real thailand. we would stay there again.
Travel tip:
Taxi took about 45min to airport so if you have alot of bags it is better then sky train

we stayed here for two nights only on the 36th floor. what a beautiful view! lots of shopping and eateries around the hotel. a bit of a walk to the nearest sky-train station, but there were always tuk-tuks and taxis waiting in front of the hotel. room was spacious and clean. no frills. couch was so comfy my husband fell asleep on it. big plus for us: there were two televisions, so our 6-year old could watch cartoons while we watched the news in the other room. would love to stay here again!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The pool on the 11th floor is clean and we didn't see any other guests there most of the time.
