hard to find but nice hotel
Friendly stuff and reasonable price

My stay in hotel was breifly, just one night and we had to leave 4 in morning. I visited the hotel with friends and stayed there on the last day in Bangkok. No possibility to evaluate the breakfast.
Pool, internet, taxi service were used and these were services were good. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints at all.

stylish hotel close to a BTS station
stylish rooms and facilities, close enough to a BTS station, nice swimming pool
8.3
a good combination of a nice stylish room, friendly staff, good location (close proximity to a BTS station), quiet side street. A nice little park nearby. In fact, you can make a short cut through the park if you walk to Bally's Suites Hotel from Phrom Phong BTS station but you will need to walk through the Imperial Queen's Park Hotel. THere is a little kitchen in the room complete with a micro wave oven and a sink. Great view from the swimming pool terrace.

Good location, large room, clean and good value.
Clean, spacious rooms, pretty good views, nearby to many restaurants.

Generally a very pleasant little place, pretty good locations between two popular Soi's (at the end of Soi 20). Friendly staff, clean pretty spacious rooms. Everything worked, except a missing light bulb in bedside lamp. Little kitchen with coffee/tea making facility, large fridge and micro as well as flat screen TV all made this a very good and comfortable stay for the price you pay. I would recommend it to friends, if they want a low budget but clean & spacious place.
Travel tip:
If coming from Sukhumvit, take Soi 22 and turn into little side street next to Admiral Suites (near Queens Park Hotel). This is now a one way street, leading to Soi 20. Hotel is nearby corner into Soi 20.

3 Key Features: In room internet, pool, and gym. Friendly staff, good cafe, near Sukhumvit. All rooms now have flat screen TV's. In room internet is cabled, not wireless, requires your own laptop. All rooms have balconies, refrigerators, microwaves, DVD players. OK for short or long term stays. Area is quiet but you can walk to convenience stores, restaurants, massage, Sky Train, shopping. 24/7 there are taxis coming by the hotel. Patrons are mix of long term and short term stay, so you know is solid hotel. Deluxe rooms have hardwood floors, tiled showers, more luxurious feel.
Shopping Tip:
Take skytrain to Pantip Plaza for computer/electronics megamall.

Good location, good price
Price, pool, staff friendly, internet in lobby
7.7
nice staff, decent food, and fast internet in the lobby. internet in the room wasn't too great, and the room could use updating. but for an inexpensive place in bkk, it isn't too bad!

Even with the cons that I mentioned, I decided to extend my stay at this place as the price couldnt be beat. I like staying at places that have a balcony, this place has it.

Has my main 3 criteria for a good hotel: in room internet (cable, very reliable), nice infinity pool on deck, and small, sufficient gym. About 1 km from Sukhumvit Road, very friendly staff, good cafe and room service, are taxis coming by hotel 24/7, and hotel guests are combination of short and extended stay patrons. Walking distance to many convenience stores, massage, restaurants, parks, pharmacies, etc. Recently updated basic rooms with flat screen TV's.
Shopping Tip:
Ask taxi driver to take you to Pantip Plaza for all computer, telephone, and accessory needs.

Prompt and friendly staff
Good sized rooms. value for the money

Rooms were good sized though the furnishings were a little dated. Reception was very helpfull and service was prompt. Extending the tuk tuk hours beyond 5 would be very helpfull, as the walk to sukhumvit is quite a distance.
