The rooms are good and comfortable the hotel is recent well equipped , TV flat screen DVD reader air condition.
Good bathroom.
The staff is smiling, courteous, with a uniform impeccable, reception is good.
the lack of rigor for a hotel of this standing, is communication with the staff not always easy, some members do not have a very good level of English.
The fact that the soap and shampoo lotions are not renewed every day.
The Bandara suites Hotel is situated in silom not far from BTS sky train station Saladeang.
There is a big commercial center not far from the hotel close of the BTS station.
With the BTS it is possible to move on many places of the town. The hotel offer also the possibilities to call taxi if the customer ask it.
There is a minibus to go to suvarnaphumi airport bit more expensive than the Limousin from airport but very comfortable and useful.
Shopping Tip : Silom commercial center not far from hotel and many shops and restaurant close of the hotel.

The bedroom is big; and the dinning room are equipped with gas cooker as well as microwave; and there is also a sitting room - much worth for value.
the air conditioner is bit too cold at the sitting room; the pillow is not soft enough.
One very excellent hotel I have stayed in Thailand. It is a bit remote from the BTS station, yet it's not too far away at all.
The staff are always helpful and polite who speak very fluent English with no communication problem.
Travel tip : Adaptor should be provided in the room rather than delivering to the guest upon request.

deluxe room feels like a luxury apartment
laundry is super expensive.
staff were a little surly when they saw the deal we got on agoda.
Bandara was great. It feels fresh and not a bit run down like Adelphi suites we stayed in the week before. Laundry is pricey though - and we couldnt find the usual "across the street' 'half the price place either". Getting back to the hotel at night requires going down a dark alley. I didn't have a problem - . We didnt get breakfast in this particular deal and wifi was pricey enough/spotty too. We had 1 tear old twins with us and it was a super clean despite from one of the busiest areas of bangkok. Watch out the hot water - it will peel skin - it comes out of the tap at 99 degrees C. Overall great location and value for money.
Nightlife Tip : Q bar, Lumpini night bazaar

Very nice room, attentive, polite staff, proximity to shopping and transport.
Air conditioning system a bit troublesome.
This was our second stay at the Bandara Suites, and it was every bit as nice as the first. For the price through Agoda, it was a real bargain. It is close to Silom shopping malls, including a Tops market which makes it easy to have a few things in the room when one doesn't feel like going out to one of the many nearby restaurants. The Skytrain and subway are both within easy walking distance. We transit Bangkok frequently, and Bandara Suites will definitely be on our list of potential accommodations.
Restaurant Tip : The coffee shop just outside the main entrance has a good selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches.

Great location close to Sala Daeng (Silom). Very kid-friendly with great pool for our 9 months and 3 year old boys. Nicely decorated rooms and a friendly environment
We were staying at the hotel four nights with kids aged 9 month and 3 years. The hotel became them very well, and the pool area was fantastic. The hospitality was way above standard - as our youngest caught an ear-infection the staff was really doing their out most to be of assistance.

It's close to most things, quiet but just a short walk to the buzz of Patpong.
I can't say anything against the hotel, I have stayed there about 10 different times.
The staff treat me as though I am a long lost friend, this was from the first time that I stayed there.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained.
Food in the restaurant is very tasty and of very good quality, nothing is a problem, should you have special wants or needs.
It will always be my first choice in Bangkok.
Nightlife Tip : A great bar to visit is Joe's in Surawong rd, opposite the Pink Panther night club, a great place for a drink and watch the world go by, ask to use 1 of their connect 4 games, a great way to meet people.

very helpful staff. nice location, easy access to Silom night life but very quiet and discrete. Business Suite package is a great deal.
Not enough benches in pool side.
this is my extended stay in bkk for one more night. pity that they don't provide in-house promotion, so I have to log onto Agoda to get a better deal. More Flexibility would be appreciated.
It takes only 5-8 mins walk to Silom road, where all the night life is around. Wide range of dining choices are available from Street food to high-level restaurant.
It's in-house SPA - shine, and next door restaurant are also very famous, according to my local friends.
Shld be a good choice with good value for money.

The best things that I like to stay in Bandara hotel (Bangkok) is the location. it is just walking distance to DJ and foot massage house, all the place that I have activities are near by the hotel. that's why I chose Bandara.
One thing I suggest Bandara to improve is their bed.
General speaking, Bandara is a good choice to stay in Bangkok for me, it's quite, cozy and convenient, However, the swimming pool is not that big as my expectation, anyway, it is not the big deal, I think I will visit there again when I go to Bangkok next time...

1. Fairly new and spacious.
2. Easy access to Silom Station.
3. Very homie and comfortable.
1. I'd want to also sun-bath but not always with good sun shine.
I'll def. come again. It's somehow close to Silom BTS (approx. 7 mins) and also close to Lumpini Park. It's new and well maintained.

Great room, attentive staff, fast internet, close to Silom Complex for shopping
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 4 days. The room was quite large and light. The AC was difficult to adjust and took some fiddling to get it right. The pool/jacuzzi area was quite nice for late afternoon relaxing.
The staff were very attentive and helpful, even during a 5 AM checkout, which sometimes can be difficult.
The taxi drivers all know it by its old name - Chin House - so be sure to carry a card from the hotel reception desk with its location written in Thai for their benefit.
Restaurant Tip : There is a great little bakery/coffee shop just 50 meters from the front entrance - turn right on Soi 1 - for those who do not want the buffet breakfast.

Very nice apartments - very clean and spacious - great kitchenette! Very nice and helpful staff!
Nice pool area with Spa and Sauna!
Breakfast is taken at the next building. Very expensive for quality provided. Very lazy and unfriendly staff. Go across the road to the coffee shop - much much better and half the price!
We looked for a quiet and well located apartment in the Silom area. Bendara is just 200 mm of Silom Road in a quiet residential area. The apartments are very spacious with a flat LCD TV and a comfy sofa set. The little kitchen is very functional and well equipped. There is a nice pool and spa area and free internet access. The staff is wonderful and nothing is too much for them. The only down fall was their breakfast (not included in our rate) - far too expensive - little choice and unfriendly service! We will definitely stay at Bendara Suites again and have brfst across the road! L & S Sydney Australia.
Shopping Tip : Just 200m off Silom Road!!! Shopping!

Hotel room was nice, hotel staff friendly and speak good English. Most guests are Japanese.
Have to walk quite a while to get to Patpong area. Inconvenient if you have kids. Rather take taxi which is cheap.
The hotel rooms are better than Holiday Inn Silom which i have stayed. We are very impressed.
Shopping Tip : Many dental clinics around hotel area. If your stay is long enough, check out the prices, pretty cheap.
