a complete 4 star hotel apts badara suites is one of the best hotel apppartment with all amenities in the centre of bangkok away from crowded commercial areas. I rate it excellent. only few things to be addaed in kitchen like toaster, green tea
Nightlife Tip : patpong is walking distance and massage parlours too

The hotel was worth the money. Room was clean however the look was kind of oldd. they provided complimentary mineral water and tea/coffee. It had a small refrigerator, LCD TV, double bed, good cushions safe box and wardrobe. The layout was good. Bathroom had a bath tub and a big sink. It was good size bathroom bathroom. Room had privacy. Hotel staff was friendly. It looked kind of old construction. Cushions were good but could have been better. If you are looking for a luxurious stay then this is not the hotel for you. However, it was worth the money we paid. I would recommend it if you are expecting 5 star hotel hospitality. We had reservation for the wrong dates by mistak but hotel staff took care of it. We did not have to do anything. However staff during the night shift are not very well versed in english. We asked for a wake up call and we did not receive any. When we got up, it was late for the flight but somehow we managed to get in the flight. So dont trust wake up call if you want to get up early in morning.

Prompt service. Found ants and 1 cockroach.
No free Internet access.
The 2 bedroom Bandara Suite is very suitable for a family of 4 with its spacious and contemporary settings. The environment is very cozy and pleasant and makes you feel like staying inside the suite the whole day rather than going out into the open. The swimming pool is adequate, and there is a large heated jacuzzi available too. Location wise it is not exactly convenient, but you can take the cab to the shopping district which is not that expensive. Just make sure you ask for the meter before getting into the cab.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Watch out for poo/dung when you explore around the area.

Nice room and inhouse facility. i just would say location since its a long walk from all features Staff were very helpful, room was always clean, the lcd 32 tv just made my nights with so many channels to watch.location was good but you have to like walk for 15min to the main road or skytrain and other facility. other than that, in house facility like spa, swimming pool and massage center are just awesome.
Nightlife Tip : you must have a good bargaining skills

Clean new hotel , nice clean room , helpful staff , new clean pool. Loaction maybe a bit hard to find.My taxi driver did not know where hotel was. My stay at the hotel was a good one.I arrived at midnight but the staff were still helpful and polite.I will recomned this stay to my friends.My only Con was the taxi that was hailed to me by the hotel for the airport,tryed to charge me double.It would be a good idea if the staff could ensure that the meter is on for trips to the airport.
Restaurant Tip : Two Thai restaurants left of hotel 1 min walk.

Very professional, helpful staff. clean, spaceous rooms. expensive internet (250 baht/day/computer)
expensive restaurant I mostly enjoyed my stay at Bandara suites in Silom, Bangkok. The staff were very helpful with my problems and questions and they took care of my bags between my check-out and flight. They let you use the "S" floor with pool, showers, lounge with computer&TV, gym etc for free before your flight. Internet was super expensive though. I dont understand why any two people staying in same room have to pay 500 for internet per day. otherwise I can warmly recommend this hotel for all types of visitors
Restaurant Tip : Breakfast at Molly Malones for 99 baht before noon on soi convent near the Coyote restaurant. about 10min walk from Bandara Suites. good value for money

Spacious and clean room, staff friendly and helpful. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff were nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in walking distance of the BTS station (about 10 minutes) and Silom. Many shops and vendors are nearby and can be reached easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

we booked 3 rooms all together, as our group was 10 people. And this review is for the standard 2 bedroom, there was no hot water in the room. my grandpa, who is 83 years old had to take cold shower the whole day, and i had to ask the hotel so many times before they sent someone up to fix the system. I am not happy about that at all. I think the staff in this hotel is not usefull at all, and their English is not good either. for a four -star hotel ( or at least that what they say), Bandanra was not up to the standard, I would not suggest anyone to go there.

we booked 3 rooms, and this is the second 2 bedroom we have. And unfortunately, with this one, we had no luck either.
The room was ok, but sofa has stained, the second toilet is very small, and room has smoke smell, even though it supposed to be non smoking.All they can offer is to spray the room, which i believe they did not do it, coz the room still smell very bad when we got back from our dinner
I asked the front desk staff to book me a 7 seater taxi, and after 10 mins trying to explain what a 7 seater taxi is :(, they told me 7 seater taxi is not available in bangkok at all :( ???
Despite the fact, i told them that i caught one the previous night.
So i think they have no idea what they were talking about, and franking speaking, they were quite helpless.
I will never book here again.

The room was quite good size. The location is quite good. The aircon was very noisy.
The funiture was old
Toilets were old and small. We stay there for 3 nights, and coming from Australia, indoor smoking is prohibited, therefore we just assume our room will be non-smoking, but the room was full of smoking smell, and we were told non-smoking room is a special request, which we have to advise them inadvance, and even that, it is not guaranteed.
we ended up paying extra to upgrade our room, just to get a non-smoking room. Even that, the toilet smell like people did smoke a lot in it.
Customer service was not there, anything we asked for, we have to pay extra for it, and staff like to argue with customers, instead of listening, and provide solution.
Overall, the room was reasonable price, but service, and extra was very bad...will never go back there again.

close to Lumpini Park
DVD/CD Player in every room (i guess)
the rooms are not as modern as it may look from outside; no breakfast included I was looking for a hotel next to Lumpini Park (for going jogging) and not too expensive. I thought it was a good place to stay for a short time (up to 3 days). The room I stayed was clean, spacious with a nice view, a dvd/cd player but not very modern or fancy.

Spacious room; friendly staff; reasonable price Location is not easy to be found at the beginning. Just no easy to find the place at the beginning, since it is inside a sub-soi of saladeang soi. And once I walked to the BTS, it took me 15 minutes. Not easy in such a hot weather.
Instead, it was short and cheap to go to Siam by taxi. So, don't bother to save that 50 baht. Quite a few stylish restaurants in the soi, but the nearest convenient store is 10 minutes away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Avoid taking BTS at Saladeang station at peak hours, saying 8-9am and 5-7pm. Huge crowd and long wait for a train. As said, taxis cost little and go fast. Besides, taking subway at Lumpini or silom station is also a cleverer choice.

Friendly hotel staff.Good Location.Good Rooms. Need Free internet in Rooms. Only 1 pc for internet access in business center. This was our 2nd visit in 7 days with family. The hotel is really worth stay with family and for business visit. Good Business center for meeting and entertainment. The view from family room is very good and room size is also comfortable with living, dining and kitchen areas. We really enjoyed staying here. We Will surely come next time if we get the chance.

Kitchen facilities are really very helpful, since we are pure vegetarian and hardly we had to go out for our meal. Free Internet/Business center closing time should be 11.30 pm and not 9.00 pm One Bed Room Suits are really comfortable with family also staff were very cooperative and friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't book any tour from the hotel as they are expansive compare to booking from local tour operator.
