Not a noticeable hotel, taxi driver don't know it.

The location is okay but not in the heart of attraction area even it is closed to Asoke area.
Hotel is U shape three story apartment-like or motel like building, not very attractive but room is a good size, stay alone is kind of wasted.
Once check in, you only see the security guard sitting in the front of hotel, no one else bother you, basically you were left alone with breakfast waiting for you .
Breakfast started late so if you have the early flight you are not going to have breakfast even it is included.

This is a very nice hotel and it is value for the money. The location of this hotel is great, just about 10 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station and less than 5 min walk, there are 2 MRT stations located front and back of the hotel. The room is clean and the design is lovely. Definitely worth for the money!

The hotel is a decent value for the money; however it seems like spending a little more would have gotten us a nicer hotel in a better location. On the outside the hotel is like a run down American Motel 6. Inside the room are smaller than a Motel 6 room, but more modern.

Nothing special about the room. It's just a place to rest and sleep at night! Well, we got what we paid for as we don't expect much for what we paid. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to the MRT Phetchaburi, MRT Sukhumvit, BTS Asok which make your way easier to go other place with this public transport. It's also close to the shopping center, just around the corner, next to MRT Sukhumvit.
Mini bar, laundry and massage is very expensive, but there's Seven Eleven close to the hotel. Find cheap laundry around Robinson shopping centre. They can do it around 50-100baht for 1 day service.

Enjoyed the stay book originally for three nights extended for another three.
Breakfast was good, internet was good, room was clean, although double bed was two single pushed together it was huge :). A/C was excellent as was the shower/bathroom.
Great location, easy access to makkasan station and taxis took you to asok bts for less than 50 baht on the meter.
Only criticism was the reception on the tv...

it's very convenient to mrt, although a bit difficult to get something to eat.
breakfast is ok, not really great but acceptable.
wifi is nice. it's good for business traveller who just stay for nights and good for couple who want temp room.
Restaurant Tip:
Look for nice lunch or dinner?, try Terminal 21 Mall, which is off the MRT Sukhumvit station. It's one station away. Plenty of restaurants. And if you look for affordable price yet very nice local dish, try 5th floor; PIER21 food court.
