good location nice staff

must walk outside to get to room no elevator

The location is good (a short walk to the subway) and the staff is nice and professional. There is no elevator at the hotel and I had to walk outside to get to my room.

Easy access to MRT.

Receiptionist not too friendly. Hotel massage is pricy and lousy.

We spent 3 night at this hotel and we love the room so much. The hotel has so much of characters. It only take 2 minutes walk to reach the Petchaburi MRT station. You will find plenty of local food stalls in the day time just few steps from the hotel. There is a 7-11 too few doors away. Night time, you may cool off at the garden, though the pond is a bit smelly.

Location central

Smoke smell in the room from other rooms AC. Loud. Poor quality TV reception.

This place tries to say it is 4 stars but it simply isn't. The brochure and online pics are great but the real experience is noweher as impressive. I asked for a quiet room and got a noisy one. The bathroom roof was leaking and kept me up all night. It looked like it had been this ay for a while. The security also didnt seem to want to help when leaving the carpark for the main road. All in all even though I got a cheap rate I would say that I would look for another option next time around.

Shopping Tip : Good location but don't be fooled by good photography in their marketing

Friendly staff, quite location, nice garden area to relax, close to subway (MRT)

No pool

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it is always a great experience. I arrived late at night and very fatigued, I was able to get a wonderful massage. I love the design of the rooms, and the Koi fish pool in the outside garden. Proximity to the MRT subway is very convenient. There is a 7-11 next door and many street food vendors during the day. I will stay here again, sure.

Hotel Feature Tip : Late night massage is perfect after a long trip.

near to MRT, downtown area

Middle of traffic jam

Hotel location is really convenient, you can walk to Petchaburi MRT station with in 150m, and hotel is in the middle of office building area. Many of 7-11 shop if you need something. Restaurant also many in this area. Night life in Cowboy rd. is also reachable with in 15 Min. Price is really in a godd deal.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It's convenient if you use MRT. For office hour, there will be terrible traffic in this area.

It's good that this hotel is close to many places and in the middle of the city.

Traffic around hotel is so bad but you can use public transportation (underground) which is quite convenient.

Room is clean , nice not too big and not too small. Bathroom is also spacious as well. Parking Lot is quite small and tight especially when room is fully booked. Food in restaurant is quite nice and not expensive. Ther eis not much things to do for the family that has kids but for the couple or honeymooners are great.

Hotel Feature Tip : At night you can sit outside chill outdoor with your beer with not so hot weather.

Rooms looks like unfinished. NO CLOSET!!! NO SAFE!!!

Rooms does not look like in the pictures. There is no closet or a safe....the "closet" is sooooo small. Small room. You have to pass the office and the kitchen to get to the rooms.....not a pretty site!

Close to MRT station - about 2 minute walk over the bridge.

Breakfast not very good, dont have the cooked - stick with the "buffet".

Simple cheap hotel. Not very boutique, but as a base to explore the city can't really fault it too much. The location is very good, literally under 2 minutes walk to the MRT station, of which can get you to most places very easily. Bed was large but very hard. Bathroom good size with a shower, unfortunately water pressure was intermitent.

Travel tip : The MRT and BTS are really cheap, easy to use, air conditioned, clean, spacious and run very regularly on time. Use them whenever you can, much better than a taxi or tuk tuk.

I like this hotel because it was very convenience for me to go everywhere in Bangkok. Because the hotel is close to MRT. Just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Price is very reasonable and hotel staff are very nice. Good service. I'll recommend my friend to this hotel.

Travel tip : If you value with the money this is the good deal for this hotel.

very friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room, free 15min taster massage

no safe in my room, shower kept going hot & cold

Good location and although room was facing the main road was very quiet. Staff are very friendly and couldnt do enough for you, the girl behind reception must work 24hrs.... The rooms were very clean and comfy bed. The downside I had no safe in my room and had to keep in a plastic wallet behind reception, however no issues and could access 24hrs a day. The shower also kept going hot and cold so was a bit of a wake up call. I didnt have breakfast included and didnt eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Overall a very nice friendly hotel and would stay again.

Inexpensive and good location on Sukhumvit, in the heart of the business district.

Cleanliness was subpar and rooms was poorly stocked with beverages, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. No elevators and security doors which require unlocking from hotel staff. Notice in the room indicated "hotel strongly recommends protecting your valuables as they are not responsible for theft" which isn't very reassuring.

The location is good as it was centrally located for my purpose. However, overall it didn't feel very clean. The hotel was not well lit, including walkways, indoor hallways and the rooms. It serves its purpose for being somewhat inexpensive but did not seem to be well cared for as far as maintenance and appearance (bulbs burned out, cracks in walls, water stains, etc). Also, the hotel offers 24-hour massage services (which can be good or bad depending on your preference). I don't particularly like being solicited for massage upon exiting my room especially since its pretty much a constant nuisance on the streets of the city.

Close to MRT (Subway), River taxi, BTS skytrain (Sukhumwit), 7-11, Tesco Lotus, Clean, Friendly staff, On site massuse, Staff can organise day trips.

Some will find the walk to BTS far, needs a pool, bathroom was not painted rooms is so new some of it is not totally finished.

I chose Bangkok Boutique Hotel based on reviews i read on Agoda.com and also relative location to area I wanted to use as a base in Bangkok after I got bumped from apartment booking just days before departing. It turned out to be a good thing as the staff at Bangkok Boutique Hotel were always friendly even when we would come back at 2am or when the offered to provide breakfast at 5am (normal is 0730-1000) when we went on a trip they helped to book for us. Rooms are clean and modern although ours was lacking paint in the bathroom it hardly is something to complain about giving the standard of service and value for money for the location in the busy area of Asoke/Sukhumwit.

Shopping Tip : You can take river taxi to Central World/IT Mall and you can walk to Siam/Paragon/MahBoonKrong from there. Rohng Raaem Dee Makmak Khap.
