Small and charming hotel with a good location near Asoke and sky train. Nice and clean rooms.
Modern arcitecture and interior. Expensive use of laundry service and internett. For me Bankok Butique Hotel is greate value for money with it's greate location. For me it's a hotel that has peronality, it's diferent, not like the bigger hotels where you dont know if you are in London, Tokyo or Los Angeles. It has all the fasilities that you need, when you stay in Bangkok for a fiew days. The only thing i miss is a pool, but on other han how often do one need a pool for some days in Bangkok.

Conveniently located near train stations The hotel set up was nice, hotel lobby is modernly designed. Small but cosy, however there is no lift to the rooms on the upper floor.Hotel guest are helpful but they are not able to solve the leaking showers. Not many taxi drivers knows this hotel, one must always carries a hotel address in Thai wherever you go so as to show the taxi driver.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel situated 3 mins walk to MRT and another 10 mins walk to BTS, convenient and accessible.

Near to MRT station.
7-eleven convenience store nearby.
Friendly staff. A bit noisy because facing main road and staircase.
Check-out at 11am, but you can leave your luggage at lobby. We stayed for two nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. It is a bit hard for us to locate the hotel but just tell the taxi driver you are going to Petchaburi MRT Subway Station. During midnight of our second night, there was serious water leaking from air conditioner, and when the water hit the wooden floor, it was very annoying. We informed the management hopefully they will do something about it.

Close to skytrain, shoppingmalls. Noisy constructions in the area. A small and clean hotel with nice rooms in the buisness district. From the hotel it's a 10 minute walk to Asok skytrain station. The staff is very eager to help. Nearby you have Starbucks, several seven 11 and a Tesco. A good italian restaurant, Big Mama, is on the way to the skytrain.
We spent 5 nights at the hotel and would definitely return.
The hotel have luggage storage if you have a late flight on the check out day.

not too expensive and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff. Not a great location.
No breakfast. The walls in the rooms were unpainted and smelt a little of concrete, (supposed to be boutique style?) apart from that the rooms were clean and looked quite fashionable. However, The location isn't great, not a lot to do and see, although the subway is only 3 mins walk away and most places of interest are not more than 30 mins away by train or taxi depending on traffic. Didn't try the food in the cafe / restaurant, and the choice seemed to be a little limited and breakfast was not included in the price. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Hotel Feature Tip : Close to phetchaburi subway station.

Staff, room design, bathrooms noisy, expensive internet connection We thought the staff was wonderful - always willing to help and very friendly - the room design was wonderful and the beds were great. The location was very convenient being near the subway stop and necessities were close at hand. I like that someone was available at all hours of the day and night to help. It was much less expensive on agoda than booking directly. The courtyard was nice, the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Restaurant Tip : Great street food down the block.

Hip design, great location, value for money Extras (like laundry) incredibly expensive I had stayed at this hotel before and would happily do so again. This time I had a king bed room and again it had all the boutique design, amenities, and comfort I loved so much last time. The air conditioner did conk out my last night, but I can't fault the hotel for this mechanical failure. Fantastic place, close to canal and metro.

helpful service, nice room, nice little resturant rock hard bed, construction on floor above This is wondefull hotel with a staff that is a helpful as i have ever seen in ten trips to Thailand. I had a problem with the T.V. and in about 8 minutes they installed a new one. The little resturant has a great American breaskfast and realy good food. The bed which was new was as hard as any bed i have used which is the real reason i changed hotels early. They were doing condturction on the floor above but that will not be the case once it is completed. I would recomend this hotel to anyone that likes firm beds.
Nightlife Tip : If one wants to see the bars it is within walking distance to Soi Cowboy

A cheap clean hotel, with simple but comfortable rooms : extra large bed, big working shower, LCD TV. Friendly and helpful staff. Petchaburi metro station at 3 min walking and sky train at 15 min. A little bit far away from main temples and sites of interest, which are not served by metro: a taxi is needed and due to heavy traffic in bangkok it may require more than half an hour. Overall the hotel offers a good ratio between price and what it offers. It was perfec to stay one night in bangkok prior to leave Thailand.

Smiling staff, new fornitures, clean rooms. Average quality rooms, disappointing breakfast, scarce quality bathroom, 20 minutes walk from the closest SkyTrain. This hotel is NOT a 4 four star, this hotel is NOT a boutique, this hotel is NOT in a good location !!! No idea how other users could have judge this hotel but, obviusly, they have never been in BK before and they have never been in real boutique hotels !
The price is however acceptable and the room are " ok ".

great location. staff are very friendly and help with any task. first impression was very nice. clean hotel reception and all the staff were very friendly. the hotel room was very clean and big. throughout my two weeks at this hotel i did not have one bad experience regardign the hotel or the staff.!!!!

Their staff was not Nice at all! When I checked-out. Nothing to ask about eg: did you use the mini bar... They checked my room. Then said one of the glass broken. Very interesting thing is when they checked my room then straight away told that the glass was broken.... I would not pay. I did not do it. And the staff said if you are not pay. I have to pay by herself. She was not very Nice. far away from the Sky train, (at least 15-20 mini walking),
The bath is very old & dirty, no lift, very very noisy from exterior (traffic)
