If you need taxi, check the fare before....400 baht to get to the first Skytrain stop. Hotel is quite convenient and the location is perfect for an early flight from BKK airport. Very much appreciated the transfer service being free of charge to and from Airport. Wifi line is working in the room as well. Very simple but clean and very quiet location. Not appropriate if you want to go to BKK downtown!

satisfied cost when you have long stay but no expectation on hotel service no DVD player as introduction said, too close to the main road, too much noise in the morning I don't think it worth 4 stars, maybe 3.5. However, if you don't eager for good hotel service, it could be one of choice because the beautiful cost.

Noisy this hotel puts you with all the street noise, staff is not that great, small rooms! I tried this hotel after reading reviews that said it was a 4 plus star and reasonable prices. I was disappointed to say the least. First its very noisy hotel, you hear cars and dogs barking from everywhere in the building. The rooms do not look as nice in person as they do on the net and the staff wasnt very helpful or freindly. They want to do as little as possible and dont want the guest to add to any of there duties. Of the 4 hotels I stayed at in Bangkok I can say this on is the worst! I wouldnt stay here again. A much better choice is Futurama just up the street. Its only $20 more but 3 times better. Its worth it. Also the breakfast was horrible with small and cold food. So for what its worth avoid this little 3* hotel if you can.
Restaurant Tip : Avoid the food here its cold and the staff doesnt care.

Friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to public transports. Restaurants coffee is awful. Due to my previous experience, I did not hesitate for one moment to again make use of this facility.
The location, the staff, the clean and tidy room all assisted me to rebook. Another factor is the ease and speed it is to make use of AGODA, no fuss and totally hassle free.

Location, location and location. Lovely and clean rooms with friendly staff. Found the breakfast a bit bland I travel quite extensivly and I am always try to cut costs, trying to get the best for my $.In the past I have made use of ratestogo to make my bookings worldwide. When I stated planning for my present trip to Thailand I again tried booking on Ratestogo, however prior to making my hotel reservations for a night in Bangkok, I somehow found your site. Booked room for a night to see what you offered. Was great within days I again reserved a room for my return to Bangkok. Have given out your detail to some friends, recommending you. Thanks for the experience of being able to live in the Bangkok Boutique. Finally I must complement your staff, AGODA staff that is, on two occassions I contacted them,they were fantastic resolving my "problems" in a proffesional manner. Good luck.

Located near from MRT station, good access to get into Bangkok city, in other words.
(Not near from BTS Asoke St. When I looked at locationmap, thought the hotel's located near Asoke st. So, after I got off a sky train at Asoke, went down Soi 21, carrying my big barrage in hot weather...took abt 30mins to get to the hotel. Good excesize it was, but I don't recommend!)
Staff were friendly yet so professional.
Their superior room was clean, modern, large,
& comfortable.
Breakfast is ok, overall very good. Breakfast menu lacked in variation.

Boutique hotel, nice design and decoration. Good location and close to the train station. Front desk staff are not really friendly. Its a nice newly design boutique hotel, located not far from the train station, which is very comfortable to go anywhere in the busy city. The room are fill with all the amenities, and also are able to use internet in the room directly with the plate screen TV. Small restaurant but cozy, enought just for the breakfast. Bellboy are very helpful and kind assist.
Shopping Tip : Central Chitlom Shopping center.

Cleanliness & helpful staff. Location of hotel, size of room, free Internet facility not in room. Overall it was a good experience to be here, but the location of hotel was not that convenient, it was quite away from main city and even it was not sharing any sky train station. Size of room was not that big especially if two persons were sharing the room .

Good quality hotel, front desk very helpful and speak English well. Small hotel. Difficult to find. The taxi driver did not find this hotel at first and I had to start the GPS on my cellphone to find it. The location is not that good. The service is very good at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very big and had a plasma TV inside. Good bathroom size which had new tiles. Overall this hotel was worth the price but long way from BTS.
Restaurant Tip : There is a big beer garden not far from this hotel with very good prices on Singha beer.

rooms & hotel interiors are good designs & modern feeling.
subway station & seven elevens are very close within one or two mins.
all of the staff are friendly. some rooms that are located road side are noisy.
breakfast is poor. modern hotel at traditional town. I like them. all staff are friendly with big smile. at the lobby free wireless internet is possible. subway station & seven eleven are nearby.
