Staff is nice and helpfull, Good location, cozy room. Lack of staff at night time, unstable water supply, below expectation for a 4 star rated hotel. I'm having a problem to get down from MRT on my first stay in this hotel as i'm not sure is Sukhumvit or Phetchaburi station. This hotel is in very good location and very near MRT, about 5 minutes walk to Phetchaburi MRT station. It will takes you walk further (about 15 minutes) if you are out from Sukhumvit MRT station.There is another BTS (Sukhumvit Line)station 'Asok' just next to sukhumvit MRT station. There is nothing nearby the hotel surrounding at night time as most of the shops are closed,you need to walk out about 15 minutes to Sukhumvit road near sukhumvit station to get some nightlife and food.
Nightlife Tip : Take a 15 minutes walk to sukhumvit road (if MRT closed) at night time and you can get some unexpected nightlife surprise.

The lobby of the hotel has a nice smell. The staff is very helpful. I give the credit for this hotel. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel and I like the style and decoration in the bedroom. The price of room is reasonable. A new hotel, the decor was gorgeous - modern and functional. The bathroom was OK. Rooms are very clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The room have everything we need and the service is great. It was much better than expected. Very quiet surroundings (no car or interrupt sounds at all), and the staff was very friendly. Checkin was efficient and quick.
We stayed for one night. We had the best time. Loved it and would definitely will stay there if ever again in Flagstaff. Perfect for the business traveler,and great if you are a tourist too.
Nightlife Tip : Near Thonglor which has many pub and restaurant.

price is really cheap compared with other boutique hotel. Doorman is nice and helpful. Close to a non-tourist MRT station. Lots of street food around. location not as convenient as I thought. Good location, huge bed, huge flat screen TV, nice garden, great price No elevator, uneven water pressure, limited channels, noisy air conditioner, paint on bathroom floor was peeling up. This little hotel is very near the MTR and water taxi it is just one stop to the Sky Train and is also near Soi Cowboy for those that came to party. The hotel does not have an elevator, but them it's only a 3 story hotel. The rooms are a bit simple (i.e. Key lock on door rather than a card, some wall just cement, etc.), but for the price it's a really good deal for those on a budget and/or just needing a night or two in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : Shop at MBK....it's the huge mall with everything and prices everyone can afford.

this hotel has to be the worse i have used via agoda, the picture that was shown to detail the room was may be 10yrs old. the room smelt of d amp, the towels stank there were stains on sheets the staff were very pleasant the breakfast was a completr joke. all in all i think this should be down graded to a two star hotel it is most deffinatly not on my bucket list

Good value for money. New hotel. Well appointed rooms. Easy access to taxi's and river taxi. A little noisy, not close to the BTS. The Bangkok Boutique Hotel suited our needs well. As it was close to our convention location. The rooms are nicely decorated and are quite comfortable. There is a little bit of street noise, but not enough to prevent us relaxing or sleeping well. While the Bangkok Boutique Hotel isn't near the BTS it is close enough to other forms of transport and the door man is more than happy to organise a taxi for you. Even though the hotel doesn't have a elevator the Porter handled our luggage well.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use the porter when you check out as well as checking in.

no complementry tea or juice This hotel was fantatic, if i would have again chance i would be staying in this hotel. it was very handy to 24 hours shop and close to other shoping area.There was excellent security.The portion i did not like was there very high prices for room refeeshments comparing to the similer market.

Customer relations. Air conditioning. A few smiles! I didn't realise that the hotel was so far down Soi 21; had i done so i would have paid a few pounds extra and stayed in one more convenient to Asoke Skytrain and the Metro.
We arrived at the hotel and booked in. The porter took us to our room -- up the stairs as there is no lift -- to the third floor to find that the room wasn't made up! The hotel has no air-conditioning outside the rooms and it was very hot. we were left outside the room for 10 minutes in the heat until another room was allocated. The room was ok and clean but the air-conditioning didn't work; we left it on for over 2 hours as while we went out for a walk but it was like an oven when we returned. Reception said there were no other rooms available; I enquired about the original room but was told that it was occupied. They said they would send up an engineer.he eventually arrived and told us it wasn't working. We sat for 10 minutes before I phoned to ask what was happening. Someone came up and said there was another room available and we would be upgraded; after packing she had a phone call to say that we weren't going to be upgraded but put into another room of the same standard. We had no help in repacking and moving. In the heat my wife amd I had taken a can of Sprite and 2 bottles of water from the mini-bar.
Although I expected to pay for the Sprite I wasn't disappointed when they charged me for it when we booked out; it would have been a nice gesture if they had waived the price due to our inconvenience.
There was a great lack of a smile from Reception although I had always been polite when making a complaint. Will never stay there again.

The breakfast is good eventhough less choice. The room is comfortable. No lift and have to climb staircase. If family trip, very troublesome as need to carry luggage and at the same time, take care children. I have a pleasant stay here as its very convenient as it nearby the MRT station. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I love the breakfast but the choice is limited. The room is ok. The hotel is suitable for youngster and not family as no lift.

The hotel should do more promotion since not many taxi drivers know exactly where the hotel is. For example, to stand a huger size signboard.

The main advantage of the hotel is his walking short distasnce from the Subway station! rooms R OK but not more then that. the staff is insufficiant, slow and with only basic English skills...not enough even for a limited support ( like taxi orders ) Didn't find anything good rather then the close walking distance from the MRT station! The rooms R OK but not more then that the breakfast is dull and most of the staff have no sufficient English skills. We were there for 4 days and didn't enjoy the stay in the hotel itself.... Money wise it is a reasonable price for what you get!

- the room condition is not as expected
- have to go up the stairs with a bunch of luggage. Stay in the hotel during my transit from Guangzhou. Check in is easy when i reach the hotel at around 3.30am local time. But have to carry my luggage up to the second floor.
In the room, i notice that the wall socket of the TV is not properly fixed and could be hazardous for children especially those who is very curious. Also found that there is a dead cockroach in the shower!!!
Breakfast is really bad! not much choices and taste is not good too!

The Hotel was close to the underground but a good 15 mins walk to the Sky train (Asoke).The road outside was extremely busy but that is Bangkok.The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly It had a quaint look about it.I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast.I have had a better standard for less cost.Not a 4 star Hotel.
