Very convenient to more around in bangkok city ! The location is very convenient. You can take the sub way to anywhere ! The breakfast is nice. The hotel is very clean and safe !
The staff from room maid, cashier and even the porter are very courteous and friendly that we really felt like we are one family!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sign up at the nearby tour agent shop near Hua Lumpong railway station where they provide cheap and good day trips and package tour to other cities and wonderful place of interest!
It is value for money !

There is only one adventage for this hotel. The location is just nearby the MRT station. generally, the hotel is old and dirty. The first impression for this hotel is not bad, but when we go into the room and the washroom, i cannot say anything to praise it. the washroom looks like a public washroom that i cannot imaging. But, the worst thing of the hotel is the manager.

the room is so dirty especially the toilet. the rooms has not enough light intensity. poor staff attitude is the main part accounting for the poor image for this hotel!! some rooms has not the service of changing of towels, we can only use the some towel in three days....poor. poor. so ...so ... poor...it is not recommended to book it.

Clean Rooms and location excellent if you want to be close to main train station. Breakfast good - value for money. Hard to comment as we were only there for one night and we arrived late at night and left in the morning on the train. Good place to stay if you want a nice, clean room close to the main train station in Bangkok. Good value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip : Directly opposite main train station in Bangkok so great if you are commuting to other areas of Thailand or Asia by train.

Very near to the central station A little bit small small room It might be good hotel for transit passenger who will take train from the central station. But it looks not very good if they want to relax and to enjoy hotel life.

I like the hotel due to the fact that it is so close to the center of bangkok and right opposite the main railway station and right outside the underground station. Nothing to really complain about, only l would like if they provided cheaper wifi, a little expensive for my purse. I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and l keep going back because it is well priced. The rooms are comfortable, not to big but OK for me. The staff is always friendly and they always remember me when l come back. l like the position, close to the town center and right outside the underground station, which suites me to a tee and l can get to anywhere in bk from there. For the price and position l dont think you can beat this hotel for value for money. l will still be going back again to stay there next month.

Friendly staff , good location , big pool Very small room , 2 single beds , requested extra bed for kids , charge was850 baht! Ridiculosly expensive wifi , 200 baht per hour! Not good , would stay again but only if a good cheap deal, I stayed here with husband and two kids , requested extra kids bed but they wanted 850 baht more! Internet wifi was not free , had to buy a card for 200 baht an hour , not good , room was very small , pool was nice and big but loud air con units all around , nice entrance , nice staff , breakfast ok , big buffet .would stay again if a cheap deal, great pancake lady outside

Location beside the railway and subway. It wasn't immediately obvious how to access the hotel because the large neon sign atop the hotel draws you away from the location of the entrance wehn you are trying to get to it from the station. We actually lost our way to it getting across a very busy road and eventually had to get a cab to take us to the entrance which was so close that the cab driver didn't even want to charge for the ride. Very surprised by how classy the hotel seemed for the money. The doormen were immaculate, old school, and charming. We didn't eat in the hotel so the rating for food given below is misleading. There were lots of charming touches in the presentation of the room that it was delightful to settle in and have a shower. I would definitely stay here again.
Nightlife Tip : Access to the railway station is the best feature of the area. Nightlife happens more elsewhere but the few street-side food stall available at night beside the railway were cheap and good and friendly and colourful.

The hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was really convenient due to the proximity of the MRT station. The room I stayed in was rather old and you can tell from the fittings in the bathroom which really need improvement.
The walls are really thin since every morning and night, I can hear my room neighbours opening their door, switching tv channels and flushing their toilets. I do not have any peaceful sleep because of this. Although the location was great, but the fact that the room was rather old and having noise disturbances from next rooms, it really made the whole stay uncomfortable.

Room 8016 was clean and nicely presented on entry. The bathroom really needs to be rebuilt. It is OKbut on the low end of Ok with gaps and broken tiles etc. Daily room maintenance was OK. The loction beside the MRT was handy. Breakfast was good but the same music every day for 8 days was really boring. Dinner was OK. Service was good and friendly. This was my 6th trip to BKK and I would stay at Bankok Centre Hotel again -if we were put on the 8th or similar top floor again.
