Nice and clean room for the value I am paying. Reasonable spread of breakfast.
Construction going on at the moment. Away from place of interest. Maid did not check mini bar when I check in because a bottle of mineral water in the fridge was consumed half bottle and have difficuty explaining to them that it was consumed by the previous guest.
Very nice boutique hotel. Good value for money. Nice restaurant with reasonable pricing. I will recommend it to my friends.

Shower drainage does not work in any room of the hotel. Drainage pipe system was totally skipped in renovation process due to cost.

- closeness to the underground MRT
- nearby shopping area - Robinsons & JUSCO
- nearby to local food at Huay Khwang
- still a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby area.
I have stayed in this hotel for the 7th time and I would say the place is getting better after the renovation. Convenient shops around the corner and the underground will take you to the heart of the city e.g. Sukhumvit in leass than 20 mins. The nearby local eating stalls is value-for-money and there is competitive seafood just to the right of the hotel called "Kuang Seafood" is much better value-for-money than the flamboyant "Somboon" seafood restaurant across the road.
