Arrived at Cha-Da. Most channels were in Thai including most movie channels.
The pool was very small especially for a 4 star hotel.
Would recommend finding a different hotel.

The location is crap as the taxi drives into a jam everytime you exit the hotel, while it is relative near to cheap night entertainment and night market, not a whole lot to buy from there anyways...
There is no safe in the room and the TV is so old you cant get the very good channels in english.
They charge extra for extra guest when some other hotels of similar standard of much better conditions and services DO NOT CHARGE at all.
SO overall it was a crap experience in this hotel. the only thing worth mentioning was the good service provided by 1 Concierge guy, 1 front office young guy and the taxi driver...
Agoda should reduce their stars to maybe 2.

location is near to main street and MRT service.

i arrived near to 11pm, and the front desk service was so so. the front desk did not show any interest or smile at all throughout the whole check in process. the room was old, although they upgraded the exterior of the building and the front desk. more can be done on the interior of each room. apart from being at a convenient location to mrt service, nothing else is interesting in this hotel.

Good value hotel at a convenient location
Good beds, quite a big Samsung TV overall usefully and good equipped room and no carpets but wood imitate floor ( a plus for cleaning and hygiene)

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was in a good condition and clean. The quality of the beds was good and I slept sound.
The AC worked very efficient and has three levels and temp.control. Cooling down the room is done in very short time.
Service and personnel is good and friendly and also willing to help with questions and small problems. The breakfast-buffet is around Baht 280 and the prices in the mini-bar very moderate. The breakfast offers: Toast, Croissants, Sweets, Fruits, Kanom Krok :-)) !, Yoghurt, Fruits, Salads, Ham, Bacon, Saussages and Eggs and also Rice, Noodles and Asian dishes. The laundry-service is not as expensive as in many other hotels. For the fair price this middle-sized hotel is a very good value. The taxi drivers sometimes have trouble finding it, but then tell them the former Name was Siam Beverly and then it's mostly no problem at all. When the traffic is jammed you have the metro "Huai Kwang" nearby. (22 Baht to Asoke on Sukhumvit) Walk to the metro is around 7 Minutes. The hotel hall has to computers for internet. 30 Minutes are 50 Baht. (for BKK an Ok price)
Restaurant Tip:
Halfways in the same direction like the metro is "Kuang Seafood" a good restaurant, with friendly personnel and fair prices and Häagen Dasz Icecream, which i like very much. The food is freshly cooked and served very fast. They have a real big menue with a lot of choice and the food is deliciously cooked !

This hotel was ok. I needed to have dental work done at the BIDC so the location was perfect. Lobby was always freezing and aircon in room could not be changed from freezing also. But no aircons work in Thailand it seems.. Went for breakfast at 9.20 and were told it finished. Most hotels serve to at least 10.30. Over all we had no real issues apart from slamming doors continually.. What is it with that?? Why do people have to slam doors at all hours?.. Will stay here again when I need more dental work done..
Travel tip:
When taking a taxi back to the hotel say the old name of the hotel. "Siam Beverly" or the Swisshotel(next door) as they dont know it as the new "cha Da'
