We checked in around 8 pm. The room was a clean king/double bed. We ate dinner at the resturant and they had a good selection of food, and it was not that expensive. Overall the experience was good (although I did not get to try the buffet breakfast because we had a very early flight). I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel would be suitable for those who like to go shopping as well as those who like quiet place. There are shopping malls nearby and it is not far from MRT. It's worth the price except you have to bring your own drinking water.

The housekeeping should clear off empty drink cans and snack packs during their housekeeping routine. I have the same rubbish over 3 days not cleared from the room.

The rooms are very big and roomy and the location of the hotel is ideal for travel on the underground and for the skytrian to take u shopping to siam square etc and the shops near rama 9.

The hotel should provide more info on the "tour of Bangkok" package and also where to have their dinner or lunch especially for the first timer .

The bellboy was very accomodating and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the tours from the airport (booth just directly across the arrival gate) if you're a first timer in Bangkok. Will be worth your while, they had a good guide (Nancy) and the transport was awesome (a big van, quite new, just for the three of us).
