Good location as it is easily accessible to all the shopping malls, places of interest, night markets etc Alot of time, cab drivers are not familiar the exact location of the hotel. It took us much effort to get the cab driver to send us to the hotel. Perhaps the hotel should put up some big sign/direction board out in the main street so cab drivers knows they way to the hotel I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel reason because it is a good location and is almost walking distance to all the big shopping malls, certain sightseeing locations, night market and of course the convienence of getting around either via cab or the MTR

near super rich currency exchange bank which offers the best rate in Bangkok. Such rate is better than the branch in Chilom BTS station. There is many good spa choices nearby the hotel. Just take 5 mins walk to Big C and no more than 10 mins to Zen and ceterpoint (big shopping mall). You can find cheap and local food at midnight just take 5 mins walk across the bridge.
Restaurant Tip : Chocolate pie in Bangkok McDonald is tasty, don't miss it!

The hotel lies in the busiest place of Bangkok, which makes shopping very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to those shopping malls, such as Big C, Centurial World Plaza, Siam Center, Pratunam Center, etc. However, the noisy refrigeratory in the room interfered my sleep a little. The breakfast was normal compared with that in Patong Beach Lodge.

Difficult to find. In a scruffy area. Hotel is old and shabby, corridors are dark and dirty. Rooms are a bit smelly and poorly equipped, no tea/coffee, old TV with only 4 working channels (only 1 in english). Hotel has no iron or ironing board! I found it difficult to find this hotel. It is hidden down some side streets near a big construction site. The area is dirty and feels unsafe. The hotel is old and scruffy with dark corridors. The rooms are a bit smelly and are very poorly equipped with an old TV that only had 1 english channel, no tea/coffee, no room safe, shower over a cheap plastic bath, cheap plastic toilet seat. The hotel had no iron/ironing board for me to iron my shirt! The breakfast was very poor with only some unappetising Thai food. Won't be going back.

the price is ok, not too expensive, however, the room is clean, everthing is ready and good for use except slippers. breakfast is ok, the location of the hotel is best. famous chicken rice is nearby within 2 mins, big C is next to the hotel within 3 mins, you just need to cross 1 street to Isetan and Central world and the Siam shopping mall.
Restaurant Tip : chicken rice and night market is nearby

Centralized location to Platinum plaza and Pratunam. The services provided by the hotel is very warm and polite. When you enter the hotel room the carpets are quite dirty and sticky. They should perform a carpet cleaning. The first night i check in, the reception told me that there were no king size bed room available only double single bed room although when i book the room i specifically requested a king size.
I agreed with the double single bed room and the reception ensure that she will change me to a king size bed the next day.
The next day i was too busy shopping and totally forgot about the changing of rooms, but i was very surprised that the reception lady still remembers me and the first time when i step into the hotel, she asked me if i still wanted to change rooms.
This has left a positive impression on me about the quality of customer service they provides.

Centrally located, comfortable and economical The hotel is located centrally,comfortable,economical.Breakfast is good but place of improvement is there.Staff is nice and helpful.It is clean and A.C./electricity is fine.Daily room service is good.Newspaper can be added in the morning.View from window is good specially at night.Staff is polite and I will prefer to stay in the same hotel again.
Shopping Tip : Overall it is a comfortable and centrally located hotel.

The best location for shoppers Some necessary toiletry not provided. There is also some weird smell in the room. I think the location is the best for shoppers. there are wholesales as well as retail centres around and all are just 5-10 minutes walking distance. I always choose this place whenever I have trip to BKK.
Shopping Tip : Wholesale market as well as big shopping centers are just in walking distance.

Need to be more clean, to provide some necess.ary facilities in the rooms It is OK to stay at BKK city inn due to location. But it will be better if the hotel provide more facikity like hair dryers in the room, to add News channel, BBC, CNN, CNBC etc.

Hotel need to be more clean, there is some awful smell in the rooms The hotel need to be more clean. Even though I got non smoking room, there is smell of cigrettes.
Location is the best and there is no need to catchany transportation to go shopping. Many big shopping centers are around and it is very convenient.
