Great service with lovely accommodation
Very clean and spacious rooms, grand entrance is very welcoming and help on hand

Wonderful hotel, only stayed for 1 night but will 100% go back for a longer stay. Arrival and check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and very modern. Help is on hand 24/7 and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

not up to banyan tree standards

upgrading to executive club level was a disappointment. The facilities are inadequate for the number of people served and it "lounge" was more like a children's playground. Kids should not be allowed when alcohol is being served.
Bathroom towels were of very poor quality, more like skinny rags.
We have been in other Banyan Tree hotels and this one was certainly not up to the standards we expected. Even the entrance is hard to find!
Personal service was excellent, however. Too bad the facilities do not match.

Spend your money on a better hotel elsewhere.

This was our second stay, such a lovely hotel. In a quiet area near shopping. Great breakfast and staff are very highly trained. The vertigo bar on the roof is worth a look as well.

The staff and rooms were very good, but we got a room with the service room joining it and was very noisy all night we couldn't sleep.the staff are very friendly and service is excelent. With a better situated room it would have been a very plasent stay.

visit the moon bar on the 60th floor it is an experience.

Our stay at the Banyan tree Bangkok was fantastic. The room was beautiful, spacious and smelled even better with the incense provided. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is an absolute must as well as the delicious afternoon tea. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered was the best I have had, anything you could ever want. I will definitely be back to the Banyan Tree Bangkok and recommend everyone to stay at this amazing hotel!
Shopping Tip:
Check out market on kho san road it is full of bargains!

Spent 3 nights in Bangkok for sightseeing. Tha palaces, temples and food are amazing. The city is great if you look at the skyscrapers. At ground level the city is not nice at all though.
Restaurant Tip:
Have dinner at Baan Khanitha a block away from the hotel. The food is great!

One major problem with the hotel is the outdoor swimming pool area. Very small pool, very small area for sunbeds and if you are wanting to sit in the sun forget it. There is only about three hours in the day when the sun is actually in this area. Would not recommend this hotel for families.
