We celebrated our anniversary at the Banyan Tree, and staff were very attentive, even giving us a complimentary bottle of champagne! We really enjoyed the club facilities, especially the food service.

fantastic hotel
amazing rooms with lovely bath salts, bubble bath, incense burners. They have lovely restaurants and bars. The service is also very professional and efficient.

the hotel is beautiful, clean and very professional. perfect for businessman but also for holiday makers. we were on honeymoon and it was lovely. they have a lot of information in the rooms about possible tours etc. we left before breakfast so they organised us a breakfast box at 4am. loved every minute of our stay there!
Restaurant Tip:
the bars that have a view of the city.

We had dinner at Vertigo which was pricey but amazing. The price is totally worth the quality of food and the views. All staff in the hotel are helpful, kind and caring. They can't do enough for you.

Beautiful hotel with delightful service

Our welcome to the hotel consisted of a fruit drink and wrist lei which smelled divine. The front desk was very helpful. The suite was lovely. The turn down service is nice but avoid leaving the do not disturb sign on (which is a button as opposed to a handle hanger). Our dinner at the Vertigo Lounge was circumvented by a storm that blew in but we had cocktails there the night before. A must do to enjoy a sky high view of Bangkok. The pool is small but lovely with bar/restaurant service. The spa was elegant but quite high priced compared to other Thailand spa prices. The spa room is too cool for massages so do ask therapist to change the temperature. Overall it was an elegant, lovely stay.
Nightlife Tip:
A visit to Soi Cowboy should be on your things to see list - there is nothing quite like it in the western world - not even Amsterdam can compare. A simple no thank you to shows requests is enough.

A high rise hotel that is beautiful throughout. Very good service and breakfast. Great location, virtually next door to the Sukothai Hotel. Near the embassies.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get a high floor. Great view and the elevator is very fast. Go to Vertigo restaurant on level 61 and the bar on level 52.

not worth the price we paid. frontline staff did not understand our english , our TV connection was no good, frontline staff was almost "hunting" us down to pay addt charges for our daughter(3rd person in the room). Overall, very bad for 5* hotel. staff should speak better english

would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay in bangkok. my wife and i will be staying here again and again. if there was a rating higher than excellent then this hotel deserves it.

Stunning hotel and fabulous service

We had a lovely stay, the room was cosy and well equipped, the staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was fabulous, fantastic range of choice and fabulous nothing is too much service from the staff. Highlight was the vertigo bar at night, stunning visuals of Bangkok in lights.
Travel tip:
close to fantastic shopping and nice restaurants close by if you dont want to pay the expensive prices in the vertigo bar.

Was a very smooth stay there, with a nice and spacious room. Everything was fully functional, the breakfast buffet has a good variety, although I would have loved to see a bit more different breads.
