Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

This hotel certainly deserves the 5 star rating. We were very impressed with service;-very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.Rooms were large and the mini bar was well stocked. The bathroom facilities were unrivalled. On the whole a very pleasant stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Do nt miss the 38th floor bar.The view is stunning.

As a repeat patron of this hotel, I can vouch that the service is no less than 5 stars. One downpoint was the WiFi access. Most hotels now offer free WiFi in all their rooms regardless of what type of packages are available. This is now a defining criteria when choosing hotels especially in a competitive market like Bangkok. WiFi was only available at the lobby. Other than that, I would consider Banyan Tree again.
Another point was that the shuttle to the BTS should run after 11 am.

just awesome...
luxury and love to the detail
9.3
everything is just perfect. the rooms are very comfortable and you can find lots of little details that show you that they have planned and overthought every single thing. the rooftop bar on the 61st floor is the best of it.
Restaurant Tip:
restaurant in the banyan:)

Great location byt hotel is a bit old
Good locations, good gym, good nearby attractions

Good locations, convenient to walk to Sala Daeng and also Lumpini Boxing Stadium if you are a fan of boxing. Great and helpful staff. But swimming pool is a bit small. Gym is good and open for 24 hours.

A little less central than most and the breakfast buffet is considerably less impressive than 18 months ago. Otherwise a great experience.

Not too busy location, great views and neat room.
Room was nice with separate bedroom and living areas, good floor with great views.
7.7
we loved the room we got on the 41st floor with sweeping views of bangkok. the bath area is spacious and not too cramped like many hotels that try to limit space. the separate living area for a deluxe room is a bonus and we enjoyed the extra space. ample storage areas (wardrobes, drawers, etc) for long-stayers can be really helpful.
they only need to upgrade the old telephone (executive deluxe room) and provide a flat screen tvs instead of the old, box-type.
Restaurant Tip:
The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful to hang out with friends. Seats can be hard to get so either make a reservation or turn up early.

A bil old, but nice and warm service
Service and food was good
6.3
We stayed 2 nights @ banyantree bangkok for the lunar's new year's holidya w/ my family.
The location was not the best because it was in the middle of business area and had nothing else to do around the hotel.
The room was a bit old, but the bed was comfy.
However, I could see some dirts and rusts on top of cabinets and so on. I mean it is a bit too dirty for a 5 star hotel.
Overall, i enjoyed staying there, but i wouldn't consider to re-visit due to many reasons.
