The room has really outdated TV, and we had to called twice for extra pillows since we add on another 2 more person for deluxe room( Max occupancy was 2) .There was alot of construction going on so it gets pretty loud and messy looking. besides that, It's near nana bts station. And it has the convenience supermart located near the hotel as well which opens 24hours!!!

High Standard and very smart looking hotel

I stayed at BelAire in transit. I spent a bit more than normal but after a tiring journey I wanted to both relax but have a night out as well. Everything matched my expectations but although I had booked and everything was paid for, I spent between 20-25 minutes waiting in reception for the hotel to run through some kind of checks. It was more of a nuisance than anything as I was tired and needed a shower. This long delay would however put me off returning.

It was nice. Staffs were very friendly, food was great and above all a bit quiet as far as Sukhumvit area is concerned. But I found only one backwardness in the room. That is- no LCD/LED Television, rather an old fashioned TV which is not at all expected at a hotel like this. That was the only irritant. Otherwise this hotel is a fabulous one...

The hotel is lovely with friendly staff, the location is also good because it is in the middle of sukumvit, you can walk for new mall terminal 21, the swimming pool very small if your compare with the size of the hotel.
Taxi is available near the hotel, there also mini market near the hotel, within 100 baht you can go to big c hypermarket There you can buy what you need.

Nice hotel in the a great location.
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and train. The rooms were large and clean the pool / gym were nice.

Always stay at this hotel. Lots of building work going on in area but noise not a problem. Club Trebecca lounge has re opened which is a bonus. It was closed for a long time.
Shower heads could do with changing. Doesnt effect me as am in the business and bring own Purastream one with me.
